Great service and pricing.

Service for bullfrog hot tub was prompt and the technician that came to my house several times (Luca) was very friendly and professional. I canâ t say yet if problem was fixed because I have to wait several days but I think that it likely is.

I hired Hot Tub Experts because I purchased a home and it came with a hot tub. I knew a little to nothing about hot tubs how to maintain them and how to work the controls. There was a few miscellaneous repairs nothing serious that had to be repaired. Luca was my hot tub expert. He was very professional, and explained all of the many questions and concerns I had in a manner I could understand. He informed me on how to fix the pieces that needed to be fixed. They were very inexpensive and he said I could probably do them myself but if I couldnâ t find the parts needed to call the company and they would do it themselves if I have any more problems or cannot find sad parts I will definitely be rehiring, hot tub experts to come back, and I highly recommend Luca.

I spoke with Hot Tub Experts about the issues I was having with my Hot Tub. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. They diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and fixed the problem. While repairing the problem with the pump they located several leaks. They sent me an estimate which I accepted and the leak issue was repaired the next day. I was so happy with the company, I have hired them to maintain the hot tub. I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend them.

These guys had fair pricing, great customer service and did a great job installing my pool heater.

They were quick to contact me when I reached out to them and had a repairman come out the following day, he made an assessment and gave me an estimate but while it was fair it was too high to do for an older model hot tub so I had them give me an estimate for removal which is what I did. I told him that I wanted to remove it. They had a crew out the following day and had it removed within about an hour, they were very professional
