Robert came out to see what needed to be done. A very pleasant young man, who listened well. A couple of days later he emailed me a quote and a list of the plants that we had discussed that were to be used. We changed a few things and he was quite happy with that. It was a busy time of year, so it was a few weeks later, he and his crew came and in one morning were able to complete the job. He took time to check the sprinkler system and made some improvements. The garden looked infinitely better than before and as the plants matured it will only get better. After he had left, I realized that there was a small area that had been missed and after a couple of emails that was resolved and now everything is great.

They usually charged us $50.00, but we had an upgrade on the price. They were good, but the lawn care actually became inconsistent. We were frustrated because they weren't doing what we had asked. We had used them for probably 2 months and everything seemed to be okay. They had done some really creative things for us. It was just that 2 weeks in a row it was pretty bad, so we decided to try something else. I would have to speak the president of the company before I used the company again. The quality of the last two lawn cuts was just not what it was before. Their services were good. It was not done professionally the last 2 times and we were billed twice one time.
