+ -1 moreCommunication was poor, on both sides, and the system never worked as anticipated or promised. Homewatch was not very responsive to the problems and concerns of the homeowners' association board of directors. The homeowners' association board decided to revamp the system with another vendor, only two (2) years after the original was installed by Homewatch.
Description of Work: The company installed a security camera system for the subdivision I live in.
