Description of Work: My complaint is not so much with Home Depot but with their subcontractors. We started in Jan 2014 by attempting to have new countertops installed. Not all the problems were their fault, we found water damage that had to be fixed. But after that their plumber came to put in the sink and we had to have them back again to fix a leak they missed. Countertop installation people made several errors, cutting the ceramic too much and causing a big gap between the wall and the counter and also making some inaccurate seams. We finally got them back and they have fixed the seams, but we're still waiting for a fix for the countertop gap. At this writing it has been two weeks since they said they would fix it but they had to order supplies. It's been over two weeks now. I called and they said they are waiting on supplies. I'm hoping they will still get it fixed. As I said, we started in January and now it is June and we are still not finished. Won't use Home Depot again, maybe for supplies, but not their subcontractors.

+ -1 moreWe have shopped at Home Depot for many things and we recently needed a new air conditioner, so we purchased it at Home depot and they installed it. Home Depot delivered our new air conditioner, removed the old air conditioner, and replaced it with the new one and we are very pleased. The system is a good quality air conditioner and comes with a three-year warranty and we have had no problems as of yet.
Description of Work: Home Depot sold us a top quality air conditioner, came out with it, and installed into our house. First, the old one had to be removed and then the men put the new one in its place.

+ -1 moreHome Depot sold us carpet for 5 rooms in our house & sent some men out to install it. The service men had to return a couple of times, as it was not lying properly in one room. The man fixed it in one room & then we had a problem in another room, so we had to call again & there is still a dip in one of the carpets. The men didn t do something properly underneath when they were laying the carpet, & each room has developed a problem. We have called them a couple of times now, & there are still problems with the carpet. We will not be using their services in the future for laying carpet or flooring.
Description of Work: We had carpet installed in 5 rooms in our house & Home Depot supplied the carpet & installers.

+ -1 moreWE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE WORKERS AT HOME DEPOT WHO HELPED US SELECT OUR CARPET FOR OUR HOME. THEY SHOWED US MANY SAMPLES AND WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE LOOK, FEEL, QUALITY, AND SOFTNESS OF THE CARPET.
Description of Work: WE PICKED OUT CARPET AND HAD IT INSTALLED IN 5 ROOMS OF OUR HOUSE. WE WERE SHOWN MANY SAMPLES TO BRING HOME AND MATCHED THE PERFECT ONE.
