HIS CONSTRUCTION

I chose HIS Construction because I was familiar with his work done on a family member's home. Unfortunately the job that was done on our home was very sub par. The paint work done by his sub contractors was poor quality. When we asked them to come in a redue work, the painters often came in the house and made the situation worse. Our driveway has begun showing signs of deep cracks. When we asked for this to be addressed, we were told that nothing can be done other than very shallow patch work. When the patch work was done, the driveway showed signs of cracking through the patch work about a month later. Hardware was installed very poorly and often times with gaping holes left in the wood. Overall, many corners were cut and they are now beginning to surface. The Super Intendent not compitent in home building and the main contractor was often times not onsite. We are now in the situation of having to redue much of the work which is very costly. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone.

The job was excellent. It was excellent service and a great value. He was a very knowledgeable contractor.
