Description of Work: Crew came out to mow, edge and blow. The started mowing when my significant other, who was home, realized that they weren't bagging the grass, which was requested. She stopped them after they had started edging along the driveway and had started mowing a couple of strips. She called me at the office. I called the Hillview office to ask them what the confusion was about bagging the grass, but no one was there. I left a message. I talked to the crew leader and he said that their mowers could not bag, but the owner said they could still bag using their blowers, but it would be an additional $3/bag. I said go ahead and mow and bag up to 5 bags. I said that I would pay the additional amount of $3/bag. He said ok. However, instead of continuing to complete the job as expected. He just left. When I came home I saw that the little work that they had done was very crude. The edging was not done with an edger and it was way too angled into the yard. Also, it looked like they had blown grass into the flower beds. They were supposed to be using a mulching mower, so I was surprised that the grass was in the flower bed.

Description of Work: I hired this company to mow my lawn twice a month at $30 per mow.
