Not well, they told me I had a freon leak, replaced the freon at a very high price, but never returned (as promised) to identify the source of the leak. The injected a dye that is supposed to be easy to identify, scheduled a (complimentary) follow up visit, but never showed up on that day. Phone calls and emails were not returned for a week, and only after I filed a BBB review. Of course, the check was cashed. This is not a reputable business0 stay away from them.

Hiring this contractors was a huge mistake. Given the terrible performance of this contractor this will be a short review. While the installation went fairly smooth, once installed the unit failed to cool my house and I run up huge power bills I had these guys out two more times and they were unable to fix the problem and finally he refused to honor his warranty (1 year labor, 10 year parts). Ultimately I had to hire someone to come out and get my system running. Best to hire someone else for HVAC work.

Service was very quick. Had problems on Friday evening and had technicians there by Saturday morning. Work was completed on Tuesday 9/2. Technicians were very friendly and helpful in explaining issues and solutions. Felt price was more than fair.

The service was great. They were very responsive. Their punctuality was excellent. I have no complains. I would use them in the future.

He is really honest. I would recommend them.

extremely well. once I decided to go w/ Highland village, they were here w/in a few hours to install the equip. No hard sell. very practical and did not offer or hard sell an upgrade to the entire system. I mentioned a few of the 'enhancements' offered by other contractors, which were all met with 'why wojuld you do that? it was working just fine before, so let's fix what broken' offered a one year financing plan....others did not great personal touch

Central Air installed. It was excellent.

I am not sure how I feel about Highland as the problem has not been resolved. I called them because my unit is not cooling properly and it is leaking. They checked it and replaced the coil. The owner said in his 27 years of doing this he never seen any problem like this. They tried several things to try and make it work. They even started to rig it to get it to work. Then they charged me 100 dollars to take out the part and 100 dollars to put it back in just so they could look at something else to see what was wrong. I don't think they tried every solution to help me. I think as a business they should have more resources or people to call when they can't solve a problem. They just were not determined to go all the way with this. They were very neat and clean the first day and after that they didn't seem to care much. They covered the carpet on day one but not after that. My unit still leaks through my living room ceiling and onto the carpet.
