I purchased a deal for $99 for $500 worth of attic insulation. We moved into a 10 year old home and discovered that our bonus room needed insulation as it did not appear to have ever had insulation. When confirming the appointment, I told the lady from High End Flooring that is was an existing home and described what I needed and that no insulation was in this area. She assured me that they would do the job and the voucher I purchased would cover the service. The guys showed up today to do the job and informed me that there was no way they could do the job unless I paid them $350. They said the voucher was very clear in that this was to just add more insulation, not to put insulation where none was. I told him that the lady on the phone assured me that they would do the job. After much back and forth, and the fact that I needed to have insulation, I paid the guy an additional $300. I would never recommend this place as they did not do what they told me they would do.

I am hoping to contact this provider after the Holidays are over, when they have more time to devote to customer service.

It was good. Everything was good, their work and their professionalism. I have no complaints. The price was good.

After purchasing the coupon, I later found out by talking to the vendor that it will require very long hoses to come through the two story house going up the stairs. Since it was a very minor insulation issue, my husband said we don't need all the mess and he will throw some insulation himself.

It was okay and the work was adequate.

A+ For this service provider. Communication by the provider was constant, efficient and professional. When the provider arrived at my home, Jack was the man in charge for my job. There was an issue with the measurement of my attic space, but it was fixed quickly and seemed like an honest mistake. Then there was a misunderstanding with the "big deal" I had purchased. Specifically, the coupon says only for existing homes, not new construction. The home the service was to be provided was a home build in the 1920's; definitely not a new home. What I came to understand was that what the business really meant that the service was to be provided in homes with existing insulation, which new construction usually does not have; unfortunately this is contractor speak; a language that most homeowners, me included, did not understand until Jack said that because I didn't have any insulation in my home, the value of what I purchased would be cut in half. This is where things get interesting and when you are really able to see the mettle of a company; are the customer centric, or egocentric and only concerned with making a buck. THIS BUSINESS IS CUSTOMER CENTRIC; as all businesses should aspire. Back to the story. I disagreed with the fact that what the MEANT to say was not clear and apparent to me and probably not to other people. After a few thoughtful conversations with Jack and Sandy (someone apparently back at HQ), I was happy to see that they sided with me and gave me what I thought was explicit in the "big deal." Although it was not an immediate acquiescence, it was forthcoming in the way a thoughtful business and business owner should make with these types of decisions. At the end of the conversation, I recommended both to Sandy and Jack that they should consider rewriting their "deal details" to be more explicit; "Valid only in homes with existing insulation, or additional cost may apply" or something similar to avoid this issue in the future. Regardless, thank you to both Jack, who did a great job with his crew (they even spent several minutes vacuuming up a large part of the insulation trail left in my home, all was picked up, and a good portion of what was left on my sidewalk which was much more difficult to get all of) and to Sandy who communicated well with the business owner and ultimately made me happy and in the future, returning customer.

The two-man crew arrived with a warning call before hand , surveyed the job , installed the insulation, cleaned up afterward and left inside two hours. They were professional, quick and friendly.

They never called me back. I went to their store since they did not contact me. They stated that they did not have any of the flooring that I had to match. Also, it would cost $2,000 to do the job and it would not even match. The advertisement was much different than the actual experience.

High End Flooring totally remodeled my kitchen, which included kitchen cabinets, granite, back splash. They also remodeled my master bathroom by taking out the tub and making a large shower. It turned out great. They were very helpful with selecting the right products and color. The installers did a wonderful job. They also added blown in insulation in the attic, it was easy and I'm ready to save on my electric bill. With all remodeling I had our air duct cleaned as well.

I knew this guys long time ago since they started high ends flooring, I always use them for all my home remodeling needs . I like about them sending me the same crew I like to come to my home. they are trusted and professional I know I can get cheaper price but not quality so I pay them and I get what I paid for if not more . they done my bathroom 3 years ago ,they remodeled my kitchen new floor,cabinet,counter top and back splash I saved 10k from the original estimate I got from home depot with upgraded material and professional installation .I had small issue with the job I called after I paid the balance they came back after two days and fixed it . recently high ends flooring did my attic installation and air duct cleaning for reasonable price and as always me my wife very happy with the services we got .

I hired high ends flooring last march to remodeled my home and I am happy with their work and I like to deal with them sandi,ed,jack all of the were great job done on time and I paid the price we agreed on with no extra charges even though I saved a lot comparing with other estimates . it was easy to find what I wanted they have big showroom full of samples . I just hired high ends flooring to clean my air duct and added insulation to my attic and I am very happy again with services and the price an I will hire them again for future project .

Excellent! Sandy called me within 24 hours of my email. I was unavailable, but she followed up and was always pleasant. Worked with me on line to get an idea of the tile I was looking for. Ed showed up on time and as scheduled with assorted samples and I picked one I could afford, but he had an upgrade I really wanted. He gave me an estimate that was under my budget and right where I thought the cost would be. I expressed my desire for the upgrade tile and he said he would get back to me. 36 hours or so later I got a second quote for the tile upgrade I wanted. Though out of my budget, it was easily affordable and was going to make me very happy. We had a second walk through (after I had two more estimates) where I approved the tile and wrote him a check! Install team arrived on time and on the proper day ready to go. First team was weak so "captain" let them go, stayed working and came back the next day with a great new team. They never missed a beat! Complete in less than 6 days. Clean. Felt 100% confident they knew what they were doing. Installer did a follow up walk. Ed made a follow up phone call. I will use again. They wanted my business. They wanted me happy. And I liked that. Their estimates were right in line with the other two I received, but this team had my attention from day one! Thank you and I will be seeing you again soon for additional work!

Excellent work, down in a reasonable amount of time. This was the second time I used High Ends. The first was for tile on almost the entire first floor. Not only do our friends admire our floors, those who have been in construction comment on the excellent quality of the work.

Ed and Sandy and their crew were great to work with. They had some unusual tile that we hadn’t found anywhere else that we really liked. Ed even did research to find some flooring that we had found somewhere else to see if he could get us a better deal. The installers were friendly and did a great job.

I strongly recommend them – Ed the boss – will make good on his word. A Great experience – and my wife enjoyed working with them. They always found time to answer our questions.

The service was good. The work took a while to do. When they came the work turned out good and it met our expectations.

I have purchased tile from High ends flooring before and the customer service was great and their products were top of the line. The staff were very knowledgeable about their products and the type of look I was trying to accomplish for my kitchen . I had a vision of what I wanted my floors to look like and High Ends Flooring made my dream a reality! They had exactly the specialty tile I was looking for! They worked around our difficult schedule and everything came together like clockwork. The measuring, the estimate, the pay schedule, the scheduling was perfect. The day that we signed our contract for tiles, we decided to look at counter tops too. Well, we couldn't pass up the price we were offered and within a week,we had new granite tile,hardwood, counters and a travertine backsplash. The granite was measured and installed impeccably. Jack and his assistant did a fantastic job installing the backsplash, the quality of their work is unequaled. We were delighted when we found out that Jack was returning to install our floor tiles. Even when there was a glitch with a supplier, ED made sure there wasn't a glitch in our installation, in fact, Jack even finished the job ahead of schedule! From the first phone call to the store and even now that the job is finished, ed has always been available to answer any of our questions. We would highly recommend High Ends Flooring to all our family and friends, and in fact, we have already been passing out their phone number. If you want professional, timely work at an affordable price then High Ends Flooring is the place to go. Thank you ed, Jack and crew ... our house is beautiful due to your expertise and talent.

High Ends Flooring's finished product was satisfactory, but the process was not satisfactory. It comes down to the owner, Ed. He is the sales guy. He sells it to you and tells you everything you want to hear and then you don't see him again. The only time I saw him during the 2 month project besides to sell me his services was to get money in the middle of the project. He really takes your money and then leaves it all to his workers. The one guy who did most of the work doesn't work for Ed anymore. He went off and is doing his own thing. I wouldn't even know what to tell you about this company now. I wouldn't trust him. He wants to nickle and dime you to death. Although the finished product is nice. It is just the process. People just need to be aware. He will sell it to you and then he leaves and will dodge your phone calls. Chuck was the man who did the work, but he is no longer with this company. I would give them a C- and the only reason they are not getting an F is because the final product did come out so nice. You can't not talk to your customers and then come into their bathroom wanting money when the job is not complete. I would never use them again.

The worker did the work well, however, he did not clean up adequately after himself. The real problem arose when it turned out that not enough vinyl was ordered to complete the job. The estimator claimed that he "misunderstood" me and thought that the half bath was not to be done. The job consisted of removing the old peel-and-stick tile and the Linoleum floor under that. I told him to remove all the areas in which that old flooring existed and replace with the new vinyl. (This included the half bath.) That would have been bad enough to have to live with the service area and bath torn up for 4 days until the additional vinyl arrived, but the real complaint I have is that they charged an additional $448.00 just to finish the half bath flooring. This area is 3X7 (21 sq. ft.) I think they overcharged anyway, like $450 to remove the old flooring, but the additional $448.00 was the really obscene amount. DO: If you use the company, be sure to have written in the estimate every room to be done (not just the square footage.) DONOT: add anything after they start. The name on the front of this business is High End Floors. The paperwork has Homeco on it. Edited to add. They did agree to stretch the carpet in one bed room to make up for the overcharge.

Ed is the most honest contractor I have ever dealt with. He did ask for 33% up front, but so has every contractor I have ever done business with. When we went to his showroom, he personally advised us on getting good product that was not his highest priced. High Ends is not the cheapest flooring company in town, but we feel like they give the best value for your dollar. During the work, he came by to check on the job and then came by again when it was finished. He repeatedly asked if we were satisfied and said if there was anything we were not happy with, he would fix it. We were totally happy, but it was nice to hear him say it.

TERRIBLE terrible terrible. The owner hid behind a maze of a company that doesn’t really exist. They required $14,000 in cash, upfront many days before any work had begun. Edward, the owner came to my house threatening and yelling demanding immediate payment after the half-hazardily completed tile and wood flooring. In the mean time, the new wood flooring creaks, the molding is crooked, ceramic tile is unfinished, trash is left behind, and damage was done to the house. After paying the balance the next day, we requested they finish the job and install the carpet in the 5 bedrooms. The owner refused demanding more money. He stated he measured wrong and had bought more wood and ceramic. I refused to pay the $1,500 additional money for his mistake and now he is holding ransom the $3,500 we paid in advance for the carpet. Now we can’t move into our house because all that remains is concrete flooring. we have been in contact with the local police department as the owner has recently sent threatening email messages. We have been advised to file a Protective Order.
