He measured everything very nicely and gave me a price. He was very professional, he told me exactly what I would need and how much it would cost. He gave me a business card and even invited me to go to the store to look at supplies.

They provided good service at a great price. After the fact I noticed a crack in my ceiling sheetrock where someone almost stepped through from above. Otherwise, good job.

The insulation went well, no issues. However I asked for a quote for radiant barrier to be installed, and their prices we very high [compared to my neighbors] so I didn't use them for the radiant barrier service.

I did not use this provider. They wanted me to do all of the measurements and then come to the store and pick out the tile that we wanted them to install. After I read the reviews for them I decided I did not want them working in my house.

It went well. One lesson learned is to cover everything in the attic that you don't want covered in foam, since it goes everywhere! I had to brush off foam from the water heater and the ac/heater unit. The foam is helping to keep my home cool.

I was trying to coordinate with the contractor but was told they were outside of the service area.

I canceled appointment as I no longer needed their service.

Countertops were installed exactly as asked and looked great

After moving to our new home, my husband and I decided to install new granite countertops in the kitchen. We have a really big kitchen (not complaining!). The contractor that had previously installed the countertops in our old house came and gave us an estimate. His estimate seemed a little high, so, we decided to get a second opinion. After seeing the discounted granite deal and the great reviews on Angie's list, by High Ends Flooring, we decided to give him a try. Ed came to our home and took the measurements of our kitchen. Then, he gave us an estimate that was sooooo much more affordable! We decided to go with High Ends Flooring, and we are SO HAPPY that we did! His team came to our home as scheduled, and started working right away. The granite guy was so professional. He ripped the old countertops out, installed the new plywood for support and put the granite on, and then beautifully sealed it. Then the backsplash guys came and installed our gorgeous backsplash within few hours. What I personally loved about the service is the super professionalism shown by Ed and every single member of his team. They were on time and performed the work like promised. As people, they were all so personable and nice! And we are now owners of a beautiful kitchen with Santa Cecilia granite countertops! My husband and I are thinking of remodeling our bathrooms, and we will for sure consider Ed and his team. Thank you so much!!

Friendly expert advice and prompt install.

The sales and installation of the products purchased was a very pleasant experience. When I walked into High End Flooring I was greeted by the friendly and professional Ms.Sandi Byrne. She was very knowledgeable and offered me a tremendous amount of much needed help. If Sandi did not have an answer to my questions Ed Ayyash ( Manager ) at High End was always available to assist me. All of the installers were professional, courteous and on time. The job was completed on schedule and to my delight a well done job!!! I will definitely be using High End Flooring for my future flooring needs. Ed came to my house and took measurements of the rooms and counter tops that needed to be replaced and Sandi helped me select the Granite and backsplash. She was very patience with me even when I called her several times a day!

Of course there was more attic space so we paid more to have attic covered with insulation. But, everything in our attic (all things we have stored up there) has insulation all over it. Including the air conditioning unit which we were just informed this morning by our air conditioning maintenance person that there was insulation in the drain pan or the air conditioning unit. This could have caused us problems. Luckily it did not.

I have never been so happy with contractors before. They were fast on the job, extremely detailed oriented and went above and beyond what I expected. They checked with us before doing anything to be sure that was what we wanted. Not only did we have constant contact with the working men, but the owner kept in close contact with us as well to be sure we were totally satisfied with the work. Over all it was a fantastic experience. We will in fact use them again in the very near future on my son's home. I would recommend them to anyone I knew that was looking for quality work at a fair price. Excellent!

The woman answering the phone was very rude. She kept claiming I gave her the wrong number and that's why they never called me back after numerous messages and e-mails I left. She wouldn't give me a window time for their arrival and just said, "they will be there Friday." Really, I am supposed to wait around all day for you to show up. On Friday (late morning) she finally called and said, "they are on their way and will be there shortly." They did not arrive for over an hour. They finally showed up (very late) and they did NOT advertise what their coupon was really for. They were unprofessional, rude and NOT punctual. When I called them about getting a refund. She said you have to contact Angie's List and don't call her back if there's a problem with it. Really? Isn't the whole idea behind this coupons is to get exposure for future work? Wow! Horrible experience. Run fast & think twice before using them!

They did a great job. They were quick and efficient. They were done in a day and a half. There was a small issue with the person that came out to do the estimate. They were on time and neat. They cleaned up after themselves. I think the price was good. I would use them again.

The overall experience with High End Flooring was a great experience. About a month before our intended purchase date we researched counter-top installation companies here on Angie's List. We visited with the Top 3 companies with the best reviews. After initially visiting with Lowe's and another granite installation company, we gave High End Flooring a shot. We scheduled an estimate with Sandy at the store location. Ed performed the estimate at our home. At first he was a little quiet, was tough to get information out of him. But after about 10 minutes he warmed up and provided some very good information. He gave us the price and told us it was a turn key job. The price seemed reasonable. A week later, Sandy called me to check if we had made a decision, which was nice of her. I told her we planned to use them but it would be another three weeks or so. In the middle of February we went to the store and finalized the order with Sandy and paid in full (I was leery about doing that). The installation process went smooth. My only minor complain was the counter-top installer said he would be at my house around 10AM but did not show up until 12:30pm one day and almost 1:30pm the next day. Apparently there was a mis-communication between the store and the installer. No big deal though. Other than that. The install crew was very clean, communicated to me when they had questions, and was willing to answer all of my questions. Took two days to install the counter-tops and under-mount sink. I had just finished re-finishing my cabinets so I was a little worried something may happen to them. The crew was very delicate. Only left one small nick, which I was able to repair without issue. The third day the tile guy showed up at 8:30AM. He was very helpful. He listened to my wife's ideas on tile setup and had some great ideas himself. The installation of the back-splash took about 6 hours. There was some mis-communication on hiring a plumber to install new piping since the new sink was 2" deeper. Sandy checked my estimate and confirmed that the job was "turn key" including a plumber. The plumber showed up about 10:30AM. I just had to play for new parts ($35), which was great. He installed all new piping under the sink and installed our new garbage disposal! Took him about 1.5 hours. Other than the counter-top crew showing up a little later than expected, my wife and I were very pleased with the end result. We would have no problems using High End Flooring for our new home project in the future.

Wanted to charge $1,500 for $99 service

Had a little trouble getting the appointment scheduled, but that was just a communication thing. They showed up on time and did pretty much what they said they'd do. Turned out the square footage was way more than 1,000 feet so there was an additional charge. They did a good job with install and cleaned up after themselves. Overall I was happy with the service they provided.

Installation went good once they got there, they were late. I could not see to the other side of the attic. I knew that the final price would be higher, but it was higher than I anticipated. Overall it was a good value, but not a great deal.

The countertops and the backsplash were nicely installed but they damaged one of our walls and scratched the floor doing their work and they didn't take responsibility for the damages.

The flooring was a hickory hand scraped wood flooring that had been discontinued. We purchased the home from a previous home owner and builder and we wanted to finish out the downstairs with matching flooring. After working with several other companies, we came across this company that was able to help. They were very professional, visited our home to confirm matches and after several weeks were able to locate the flooring. They handled the installation as well and remained completely involved throughout the process.

Everything went well. I put N/A for quality because I am waiting to see the savings on my electric bill.
