 + -1 moreExcellent job. The owner helped me choose the right fabric and I was extremely happy with the result. Very nice, upscale look and feel that I couldn't have found in a store. Shop is very busy, but I found them to be responsive by phone or email, and I'm pretty demanding about know status, etc.

Description of Work: Hien Lam reupholstered a large sofa for me (I provided the fabric) and four chairs (I provided the fabric for two of these). They completely rebuilt the springs and provided new cushions, and repaired the scratched wooden legs on the furniture. These pieces were in really bad shape and now look great. One of the fabrics was a large print that was likely difficult to center properly, but they did this well. It only takes about two weeks to get your pieces rebuilt/reupholstered and they picked up and dropped off the furniture free of charge (but I am located pretty close to them). It is not cheap but a fair price and worth paying if you want to reinvent nice furniture or family pieces.

 + -1 moreFriendly staff and a showroom of gorgeous upholstered furniture to pick from. This is Traditional Home/Veranda quality upholstery.
Description of Work: Excellent upholstery work done on time. Had a seat cover made that ran over $200 which seemed overpriced. Having said that, the quality was excellent.

 + 0 moreHe had to start from scratch all he had was the frame work and needed to fix the seat from bottom to top and the back which included springs, stuffing and material. The chairs are beautiful.
Description of Work: I took 3 French open armed antique chair frames that needed backs and seats re-upholstered.
