Overpriced service and bad quality of job, will not recommend

We purchased Tirimisu Tile (Travertine) from Steve at HF Center for another contractor we were using initially, however they (Fonseca Painting) badly botched the job to the point we had to repurchase another nearly thousand dollars in tile, fire them and then we hired HF Center to come in and finish the job. We are SO HAPPY with the performance of Steve's team at HF Center, they are EXCEPTIONAL!!! They were always early, and worked until late in the evening. They took special care to cover everything and thoroughly sweep up at the end of each day. They are masters at what they do with natural stone, always offer the best way to do things. They also had to rip out and re-do our shower pan which was another 900.00 down the drain because it was wrong. But, HF Center got it right. They laid the tile in such a beautiful manner with all the variation that was present and gave us the idea to do stone baseboards. They worked with precision. We cant wait to invite them back to do the tile in the rest of our home. Thank you Steve, & HF Center. Please review the picture to see all tile work completed.

We got in touch with Houston Flooring Center. Their proposal was great, but we were on a time crunch, and Houston Flooring Center was not able to complete the job within the time frame we needed. We ended up going with another company for some of our projects. However, we still have a bathroom remodel that we'll get in touch with Houston Flooring Center again to see if we can get that project rolling.

Steve and Jasmine and all of the staff have been very helpful in my quest to find the perfect laminate for my house. Their prices are extremely competitive and their selection is good. I was able to bring home nice size samples of various laminate which was the only way I could make a wise purchasing decision. My laminate order has been placed, and installation is set for the week of June 30. I am anticipating a smooth installation and can give an update once it is completed.

Installing hardwood floors is a huge investment, but one we felt necessary for our new house. Due to Google reviews, we decided to check out Houston Flooring Warehouse where we met with Steve and looked at options within our budget for hand scraped engineered hardwoods. We found a couple that we liked very much and scheduled an appointment for measurement the following Saturday. The quote and included services met our budget and perfectly. The total cost included removal and haul away of 1500 sq ft of carpet, removal of existing baseboards, leveling of the concrete subfloor (which was impossible to estimate ahead of time and wound up being quite the project in and of itself), glue down installation of tongue and grove boards and installation of new baseboards (we bought the baseboards separately from builddirect.com- also a great experience) in all the living areas with shoe molding in the closets. Edwin headed of a team of 4 guys for the install and they all did a fantastic job. We had just spent weeks painting the entire house and I was so happy they were able to remove the old baseboards without any damage to the walls. They were very careful and clean throughout the the process and worked very hard to complete the job efficiently and beautifully. The entire process from beginning to end took 6 days, but two of those days were to let all the leveling float dry (I did not envy them that big, messy job). I would not hesitate to recommend Houston Flooring Center. I am very happy with the job they did and everyone we worked with was great.
