Very well. Heroes was very flexible in allowing for a three-day schedule. First day for moving all the vital pieces to the new house in order for us not to have to stay in a house full of boxes. Second day for packing all the rest at the old home use and third for moving the stuff to the new house.

Brooke and his team were phenominal! Aside from being on time, they were professional, well prepared, and so kind. They were very understanding of our situation, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We highly recommend them!

Description of Work: The moved my one bedroom apartment. Helped me pack up my clothes and take apart and reassemble my bed. The were fast and efficient and made sure that my items were taken care of during the moving process.

Description of Work: They moved our belongings within inside-the-loop Houston. They were very flexible, allowing us to make the move over three days, so we didn't have to stay in our old house for the packing. Bar a small dent in the hardwood floor of our new house, I haven't encountered any damage.

They were efficient, courteous and considerate of seller.

Description of Work: I contacted the company about a small but heavy moving project, and within 2 days I received a very polite, interested, professional response from Brook. As it happened, friends had already pitched in to assist me, and I didn't need the moving service after all. But I would certainly use them in the future!

Description of Work: I LIKED EVERY ONE WHO WORKED FOR US...AND THE WORK THEY DID FOR US...BUT IT TURNS OUT THAT ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES (WHO IS NO LONGER WITH THEM) STOLE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND CHARGED OVER $1000 TO IT. WHEN WE TRACED IT DOWN HE WAS ALREADY IN JAIL. THERE WAS ALSO A DINING ROOM CHAIR THAT WAS NEVER FOUND. THIS ALL LEFT A BAD TASTE WHEN WE HAD BEEN SO PLEASED WITH THEM. THE OWNER COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER AND THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TOOK ALL THE CHARGES OFF OUR BILL. I REALLY DID NOT WANT TO WRITE A BAD REPORT ON THIS COMPANY AND I DO THINK THIS WAS A TOTALLY ISOLATED INCIDENT AND NOT THE NORM FOR THEM.

They were absolutely fantastic. They were super patience from the very beginning of the day and as just patience at the end of the day. They were honest, there was nothing missing. Their price is good.
Description of Work: I use Heroes Delivery & Moving. My mom has used them a couple of times., my grandmother and they actually passed me up. Everything was perfectly placed, nothing was broken or damaged in anyway. There was no wear on my furniture and any of my belongings.

The one thing that stands out to me is their customer service. The owner of the company takes great care in employing people that he trusts. They are not cheap, but they are good. That's what it matters. I will continue to use them in the future.

After a lot of research about movers, we decided to go with Heroes because of a referral and their procedures. The team consisted of Brooke, Jesse, Vick and 4th who's name escapes me. They arrived on-time. They all are wearing company shirts are personable and speak English. Heroes spends time in the shippers' home, packaging everything before it gets to the truck. Takes a while, but worth it. Brooke stayed in Houston and the other 3 drove the items - explicitly organized by our instructions - to a storage space, then my son's house, then our house and then finally my office. They're totally calm and professional. One box was dropped off of a dolly and broke a jar of vermouth-marinated cocktail onions - thankfully. They worked a full 14 hour day once they drove back to Houston. Heroes was not the cheapest, but we decided that the least expensive contractor for moving was not the best way to go. If you're looking for collaborators on your move with people with a great attitude and experience - Heroes is a good choice.
