From the beginning the company had a totally disregard for us as customers and our property. Damage was left on my house. They just care about the money.

All the people with Hercules Foundation are wonderful to work with. They are knowledgable, conscientious, and go beyound the norm to keep the client informed at ever step of the project. The actual repair team were so kind and considerate not only of me, but of each other as they worked as a well oiled machine. Mike the supervisor, was constantly asking them what he could do to help as he jumped in beside them. His management style has put together a great team who know they can count on him to answer any questions and aren't afraid to check if they are unsure about something. That made for a quick, tidy job. The cracks in my floor and walls have nearly disappeared, and the warranty gives me peace for the future.

At the end of March I called two foundation companies for estimates on repairing a new crack in the brick on the side of my home. The first was Hercules Foundation Repair and the second one was Pier Pro. Collin from Hercules came and measured and gave me his estimate. He was very professional and told me what needed to be done. Before he left my house, he told me that even if I chose a different company if I had any problems to feel free to call him. The next day Mike with Pier Pro came by. Against my better judgment I gave the job to Pier Pro. After the job was completed, I had new cracks down the back side of my house. I have two large cracks in the walls of my bedroom and the wall lifted a good half inch off the floor in my bathroom. I called Mike to come back and after looking at it said there was nothing wrong with my house. He said that he would put caulk in the space between the floor and wall and it would look good. It has been over three months and I havenâ t heard anything back from him. Last week I swallowed my pride and called Hercules. Allen answered and patiently listened to my problems and made an appointment to see what was done. His measurements showed that the floor of one bedroom was raised two inches too high and the other bedroom was one inch too high. His crew came two days later and FIXED it! I canâ t say how much I appreciate the kindness and compassion that Allen and his company has shown me. It is so hard to admit that you have been taken advantage of an having someone so willing to help make it right is priceless. I still need to do cosmetic repair cover the cracks but that is easy thanks to Allen Alexander and his company

We are writing our review out of the sheer appreciation and gratitude that we have for the Hercules Foundation Repair and Remodeling professionals. At our 1920â s home on the Southside of San Antonio, we have always struggled with our foundation ( pier and beam ) and over the past 20 years we have had numerous foundation companies try their hand at trying to â GET IT RIGHTâ ! This is until we called and hired Hercules Foundation Repair and Remodeling. The Hercules Team: Allen, Justin and Felix were impressive in their assessment of determining exactly what the issue has been over the years and how best to tackle it head on! We felt reassured after our initial meeting with them and found that our estimate for the project was reasonable. We were very relieved to know that we had found a foundation company that knew what they were doing and stood by their warranty! During this time, we were in the process of renovating our home and to begin the work we needed, our foundation had to be perfect so that our other renovation projects would stand on the work completed by Hercules. The day of the job, Felix came in with his crew and explained all that was going to be done to address our foundation issues and the entire project was done in two days working all day each day while keeping us posted on the ins and outs of the project. As customers, new to Hercules, we felt like we had finally found the competent professionals that would save us thousands of dollars in years to come. As we discussed it, we realized that we had spent well over $30,000 in foundation work over the years since 1994 (year of purchase) and we were still in the same situation... that is, until we started our working relationship with HERCULES! We were pleased with the work. After the crew left, we went under the house to see what all they had done and were so happy to see the thoroughness of the work and even more impressive was the cleanliness they left our home both under and around the work area. In our experience with renovations and repairs, we have had our share of messy contractors who cut corners and HERCULES in not one of them! A few weeks after the work was completed, and with the continued rain we were having this summer in San Antonio, we worried about the original issue of rain/water going under our home and possibly effecting the work. We called Allen and explained our worry and he immediately scheduled a time to come to the home himself to make sure that his companies work was holding up. While here, Allen made some additional suggestions to ensure that we would not have to ever worry again about drainage no matter what kind of rain we received, at which point we decided on a French Drain. Allen immediately made calls to the office and to his foreman Felix to schedule us as soon as possible for the French Drain. We were comforted to know that this additional measure, that we mutually agreed upon, would reinforce what we had already done to the foundation of our home and save us money over time! Thanks Allen. My husband and I found it important to take the time to share our experience with others and support this exceptional company of professionals on a job well done! I was very impressed with how hard the crew worked. They completed foundation leveling ahead of schedule and for a very good price. However when my sprinkler system wouldnt work days later, I found that a sprinkler head had been broken off and tossed into the bushes! The crew had not reported this to me or to anyone that I am aware of. Allen verbally and in text told me he would pay for repairing the damage caused by his crew. I received 4 estimates and hired the lowest guy. I sent Allen the receipts he requested but after more reminders and messages not returned over the past several weeks, I still have not been reimbursed. In addition I am waiting for an estimate to repair sliding plywood decking on my roof possibly caused by the leveling. I am aware that the contract I signed stated that Hercules Co would not be responsible for damage to plumbing, irrigation, roofs, etc. I advise people who are thinking about hiring this company that although they offer a good very competitive price for foundation leveling, this company is not willing to cover ANY damage even that obviously caused by the crew. So buyer beware. I certainly am disappointed and upset by the additional unexpected cost to leveling my homes foundation.

When I needed it most... My house is 16 years old, out of warranty and the foundation started to crack. I called Allen at Hercules prior to the pandemic. He came out and measured and found that the second story and garage were pulling away from the rest of the structure. Due to expense, I had to wait for repairs. I had no idea I would be waiting for the next two years almost due to CoVid. For those two years all I could think about was my house my house falling and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. A few months ago, I felt like I was finally able to address the foundation. I called Allen again. Not only did he remember me, but he was here within a few days to reassess the house, give me a quote and schedule the work. Still, I had to wait. With the pandemic, material prices went up and so the cost of the repair. I was in a situation - again. I can't say enough about how Allen waited on me, worked with me and made sure I was able to get the repairs I needed. In addition, the crew he sent out was awesome! They led me through every step of the process. Lauren helped me with the financials and invoicing; they sent someone to walk me through the actual repair and let me know what was going to be done; they were here on schedule and completed the job in only two days!!! Not only did they close all the holes, it was as if the holes had not been there at all when literally saw grown men disappear into the ground around my house! When I needed it most, I felt like I was family - not financial gain. Hercules is a company you can truly rely on to do the job of caring for your needs and doing quality work. The people who did the job the, workers, did an awesome job I was happy. However. the gas and electric lines were checked but the water lines were not checked before digging.

Hercules did a very good job of getting my foundation repaired. I was in the hospital when the work was done, so no one was there to look after the work, although they were suppose to call my daughter. The repair to the foundation is very good. The mess they left is atrocious. They damaged a very large rosebush and broke off a piece of concrete on my patio that was not repaired.

What an AMAZING family-owned business! After running into issue after stressful issue with a different company, we turned to Hercules for help. When I called, Amy helped calm me down and Allen came out to the property within the hour to check out the work that had already been started. Later that evening, we had a quote. The next day, everything was put in motion to get necessary permits. The city granted the permit the day before Christmas Eve. A crew of 8-10 guys came out ON CHRISTMAS EVE! Not only were they able to pick up where the former company left off, they completed all remaining work, plus 2 additional piers, in one day! I cannot speak highly enough of this company's professionalism and customer service. We will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

Mr. Juan Perez and his assistant did a great job. They removed all the furniture, covered all the walls and floors. When they were through, they replaced all the furniture back in place,, not a drop of paint any where. They were very nice and polite to Me and My wife Minerva Thank You
