DId very good work - punctual and job done in the estimated time he said it woud be completed. They even changed the air duct configuration to allow more efficent air flow. The out side unit was elevated to avoid dust getting into the system. Absolutely satisfied with every aspect of the job.

I have a home warranty, so when my A/C wasn't cooling, I contacted the warranty company about the problem. They gave me the name of a company that would be contacting me to schedule an appointment. Someone from that company called me that same day to schedule an appointment for the next day and gave me the name of the technician who would be arriving: Henry. The next day Henry called 15 minutes before the appointment window I had been given to let me know he was on his way. However, when he arrived, the company name on the truck was not the one that I had been given. Henry, of Henry's Top Notch A/C and Heating, works in a sort of partnership with the company that had contacted me. The two companies apparently handle each other's overflow when they are busy. Anyway, it was Henry that came, along with another technician, to check out my A/C problem. They were both extremely polite and friendly. It turned out my unit was completely frozen up. They told me the problem was probably that it was low on freon, but they couldn't know for sure until the unit had thawed out. They shut the power off to the unit and said they'd have to come back later but weren't sure if they would be able to come back that same day or the following morning. Henry said he'd call me later in the day to let me know if he'd make it back by that evening. He called at 2:00 pm and said he'd be able to be back at my house in 30 minutes if that worked for me. Thirty minutes later he was back at my house and confirmed that my unit just needed freon. That was quickly done, and they were very considerate about making sure the gate to my backyard was closed and locked before they left. To summarize, they were professional, considerate, prompt, and good about calling ahead to let me know what to expect. Note: I can't speak as to their prices because the fee was fixed by the home warranty company.
