+ -1 moregood, except they were busy and had people on vacation and so the repairs took longer than initially indicated.
Description of Work: rheostats had gone out in the controls for 2 lamps, they replaced for less cost than the initial estimate.

+ -1 moreDon Keck is the owner and also who I worked with. He had a lot of good recommendations on what lights to use. He really helped me to decifer between all the options. He was very responsive whenever I called with various requests and hand delivered a lot of the items.
Description of Work: Heights Lights installed all the light fixtures in our new home.

+ -1 moreI ordered the fixture and then returned the next day for pick up. The day of installation (about 30 days later), the electrician advised me that the part needed to hang the fixture was not in the box. I called the establishment and talked with the manager. He called the electrician directly and made the decision to drive to my home to assess the problem. He went back to their shop, picked up the right part and took it back to my home. I have never had service like that. They aim to please the customer. Things are going to happen; but I sure like the fact that Heights Lights and Things stand behind their products and go beyond the call to protect their reputation.
Description of Work: I found this neat little lighting shop while driving down Heights Blvd here in Houston. I stopped in and found an interesting light fixture for my newly remodeled kitchen. The gentlemen who waited on me answered my questions and then gave me "space" to make my decision.
