First visit from an installer rather than a salesman, resulting in a credible no-nonsense presentation . That set the tone for the whole installation, done professionally, filled with explanations and response to questions. The compulsively neat crew left the site in fine condition. All went just as described and punctually. And the A/C functions as described (a good thing for the promised record-setting summer).

Heights A/C & Heating was highly recommended on Yelp so I contacted them, Sarah immediately scheduled a service call. Rick and Randy were the service technicians that arrived ahead of schedule and determined that the unit itself was not the issue but that it was more than likely a faulty second floor thermostat. Rick and Randy were very honest and professional, they advised me that due to the fact that the thermostat was very expensive to replace and that they were not 100% sure it was faulty, they asked if they could switch the first and second floor thermostats just to make sure. Instead of trying to "sell" me on replacing the thermostat on the spot they told me to call them when the thermostat breaks and they would come replace it. When I asked them what I owed, both Rick and Randy said absolutely nothing. I was pleasantly surprised and to be honest, totally shocked!!!!!! Their level of honesty and integrity really impressed me. If you have A/C problems, and want someone who knows what they are doing and can diagnose and fix the issue quickly, CALL THEM! They will be my go-to AC company.
