+ -1 moreIt started out fine over a year ago but things changed. At first if there were problems and I would text to let them know they would be very responsive and accept the responsibility. They changed their terms and never told us. All terms are on the website but never let existing customers know. When there was a problem recently, the owner I assume called me back after a text. He never once said it was their fault. He said the terms changed and I needed to go look for them myself. He was VERY unprofessional. Now they won't even take the trash out to the trash bin. He said it was to full and may hurt the maids back. This week it was not even full and still did not take out.
