Tech was timely, thorough, efficient and effective. He quickly located locations where the critter had been visiting indoors. He provided a lot of info about how and why the critter was in the home which help set expectations for effectiveness of his treatment and recommendations.. He also gave specific recommendations on how to seal suspected entrance from garage. Indeed, the bait worked and we have not more signs of unwanted visitors. In addition, we have had no further incidences of crawling critters since his visit. Pricing was very reasonable and we are happy again!

We would use them again in the future.

We also have an annual termite inspection with them. The price at that time was good. We've been with them for very long.

They removed the critter, it took them some time, but they did get the possums out of the attic.

We have been using Hartz for a little over a year now and they are great! I love that anytime we have problems, we can call them and they will come out for free and address the issue. We had a small mouse problem at one point last year and they came specifically to help with that. I also like that they have our house on a schedule. They call us to remind us our quarterly spray is due and set up a time. We don't have to chase them down for anything. I believe we pay somewhere between $60-70/quarter, and then all house calls are free. Overall, we have been very satisfied with our service and would recommend them to others.

I purchased a big deal for this service and it did not turn out very good. Number one they called to say my husband had called them to come out and it turned out he did not recommend that they come out. Number two they also said they would give me a call the day before they would come out and they did not. They just showed up at 8:30 a.m. They did the outside and asked me how I was going to pay for it. They gave me a total of $85.52 and I questioned them whether this was just for the outside. They told me yes so I went ahead and paid it, but I will never recommend them to anyone, anymore. They don't stand up to their expectations.

Pretty good. They're very good. A+ on everything.

It was good. They were treating for spiders and roaches. They sent one tech to do the spray one time.

Initially, the response was great but on the day they were scheduled to arrive, they had to postpone the time by several hours which was frustrating since our work schedule was changed to accommodate this. When the arrived, Hartz sprayed in and out of the home but within two weeks, we found some bugs so when we reached out to them, they immediately returned. Since then, we haven't seen the bugs that we were seeing prior. The man who came out was professional and respectful.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE.IF ANY PROBLEM ARISES BETWEEN SCHEDULED SPRAYING ,THEY WILL COME AND CORRECT IT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

This was the first quarterly treatment after the initial treatment in May. The company sends a postcard indicating what date they will be providing the service. Both treatments were successful as I saw dead insects inside and out. They will retreat by request if needed in between the quarterly treatments. Very happy with the service.

The staff was professional. I did call to complain and eventually spoke with someone besides the receptionist because I was quoted $480 but was not told that that amount did not include tax and did not find out that until I received the invoice when the first technician arrived to do the work. I gave them my credit card information over the phone when I made the first appointment but I should have been given the final amount before I hung up the phone. The work is guaranteed for 30 days. I had one technician come out. This technician was so professional. He answered all my questions. A few weeks later I had a second technician come out and two weeks later I had a final technician come out. The last technician was late but I felt that I should have been called and told that he would be late. I feel the cost was much too high. The work was done by each technician and I don't see anymore flees after the last visit.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it went fine. I haven’t called them back. There was one thing I wasn’t totally satisfied with but I can’t remember what it was. It was probably acceptable. I was maybe not 100% satisfied with the quality of their service. They did just one treatment, but I’ve had better experiences.

Young man was very professional and courteous. My complaint is that I paid $79 for this service, and the young man performing the service gave me an invoice for $51.35. If this is their usual charge for this service, why did they charge me $79. Is it because I went through Angie's List?

Hartz Pest Control did an excellent job. They set up traps and removed rodents. He was here until the problem was resolved. I would use in them again in the future! I also really appreciate the Concierge representative from Angie's List setting up the appointment on my behalf. Holly was quick and awesome!

I purchased the Big Deal for interior and exterior pest control. Hartz contacted me promptly and offered several appointment slots within the next couple of days. The technician arrived at the appointed time and was very professional. I had been having problems with ants both inside and outside the house. The technician treated everything and I haven't had any ant problems since. The technician didn't try to sign me up for additional future service (as I noticed on some other Angie's List vendor reviews) and was very helpful when I asked him about quarterly service. I will definitely use them again.

They were extremely nice and pleasant.

They located the spot where the ants were coming in and has allowed me to seal up that area a week later per his instructions. Ants are dying off, still seeing a few alive around our tub, but was told to call back if I saw them 2 weeks after treatment and he would come back and treat with something else. Tomorrow makes 2 weeks, so if I still see some alive, I will call them on Thursday.

Dave came out and was super nice and on time. Took his time and gave me a lot of information about termites and preventing them. I will definitely call them in the future!! Super!!!

We had purchased a big deal for the servce, and it turned out great. The problem that I had at the very beginning, was that they wouldn't call me back. They told me that they would call me back, and they didn't call me for a week, and when I called them, they said they had misplaced the paper, but once they came out, they were great. They were then booked up because they didn't call me back until the following week. They did a good job, they were nice and courteous. They did what they said they were going to do. The only problem was the scheduling time, but I would recommend them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was alright. They came right out and did what they said they were going to do. We just didn't set up the plan or anything. I just really needed it done at the house at that one time. The price was good. The quality was fine.
