Harris Carpet and Floors

Harris Carpet and Floors were not only professional but very knowledgeable/experienced in the carpet installation/carpet cleaning industry. Typically money saving advice is the key component missing with most Contractors but Harris Carpet broke that tradition by provided tips and advice that saved me money and time. When I first heard that the owner would not be in attendance of the actual project, I admit I was worried. But was very surprised that the worker that was sent to do the job was very experienced, tolerable of my pets and even explained to me the details of the job in progress...

Excellent service. Actually called them for a friend. How they got his carpet so clean is beyond me. I will call them for mine when ready. Cannot recommend them any higher.

I was most impressed with Mr. Harris and the professional manner in which he conducts his business. Unfortunately, his workers leave a lot to be desired. I had tile flooring installed in a small bathroom. The job was completed in one day. The workers left the bathroom dirty with their debris, they took no care of my carpet with their dirty shoes and they threw some type of liquid mix onto the side of my house and sidewalk that has yet to come out....even after 2 separate pressure washings. When this was reported to Mr. Harris, he penalized the workers and sent me a $30 check for damages.

Had ceramic flooring installed and it came out excellent. The workers were very consciencious with their work. They had to initially remove wood flooring. They used all precautions to make the job as neat and hastle-free to us.

The installers were very professional, listened and adhered to my concerns and were on time! The price was considerably reasonable and lower than 3 other bids I received for the exact same job. I will use their service again and will recommend them to anyone with a flooring job.

Excellent all over! Our carpet will not need to be replaced nowl it was cleaner than we imagined.

I called several carpet cleaning services before selecting Harris Carpet. I found that the person who took my call initially was very helpful and when I asked her a question she was not sure about, she got the owner on the phone with me to make sure I got the right information. They called me the morning of my scheduled cleaning to confirm and arrived right on time. They did a very thorough job, the carpet looked great and they were very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent, and very professional

Harris Carpet did a job on time and within the budget. I appreciated their service. The only thing I did not like is the fact that one of their contractors did not return the garage door opener until I realized that it was gone and asked for it back.
