When we initially phoned the company for an estimate, we were NOT told that there would be a service charge for the estimate. The company representative arrived two days early for the appointment and after less than 30 minutes reviewing the project, we were presented with a very high estimate for the work, plus a bill for $148 for the service call to give the estimate. Other company provided estimates at no charge. The "service call" charge should have been disclosed in the initial call. We will not be using Harmony Electric and do not recommend doing business with them.

I found these people to be unfriendly and their office confused. The price of the project was outrageous.

Each electrician worked quickly with intelligence to the solution and were friendly and good to have around. Harmony Elec. Are A-1 electricians and the 1st time I called, Dennis suggested how I could solve the problem myself to save paying for a house call, he was right on too. Excellent every time. I trusted the guys in my house if I had to run to the store for materials, they did not have their trucks. Dennis arranged arrivals around my schedule and I usually never waited more than 36 hrs. for an electrician, many times they arrived same day or over night. You can call, leave a specific message and Dennis will reply the following morning. These guys saved me from electrical fires in my old house. They know me now via my address and kindly respond as soon as they can. These and very friendly people.

The tech that came by, Calvin, was a nice guy and very professional. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the issue. I'd definitely use them again. The price was also very reasonable.

They were great. Got here before the 8:30am appointment time-were professional and efficient. They did all the work requested. I am so pleased with this experience-(unlike the plumber I found on this site). I will most definitely use them again.....

I had called Harmony to have a dedicated outlet installed for my treadmill thinking a standard wall outlet was insufficient to run it safely. Instead of scheduling a service call, they instead educated me on why I didn't need them and that my current situation was perfectly safe. The gentleman I spoke with was polite, courteous and answered all my questions knowing that my call was not going to end in a billable visit. Impressive. When I do actually need service in the future, I will be calling Harmony again.

Harmony Electric provided excellent service. They quickly determined the existing problem that I had with a light that I tried to install and corrected the issue. They also very quickly installed a new GFCI outlet that I needed for charging an electric car. Thomas Wilson was my service technician.

They were very accomodating on appointment times and prompt. They seemed to be knowledgeable. They were very professional. They were there at the building a long time. They did not call me to let me know that anything else needed to be done than what theyt did, but the owner called me a few days later to tell me that ballasts needed to be installed and it would take another service call and additional charges. I was disappointed they had not taken care of this with the first trip. They had my phone number and should have called me while they were on the first job to ask if I wanted it done then. I was taken back by the total charges for the work they did. I am not sure if this is the standard charge for electrical services. I am not sure if I will use them again because of the high cost.

Bishop at Harmony Electric agreed to work in my appointment after a previous scheduling conflict had occurred during the holidays. Calvin and James arrived promptly to perform the work. They quickly diagnosed the issues and completed the work efficiently. Calvin and James were knowledgeable and, judging by the quality of their work, seemed to have extensive experience. They were safety-conscious and were careful and precise in all the work that they did. They left the work site looking better than it did when they arrived. Their next stop was to do some work for a large commercial client. Considering that Harmony Electric has clients that can afford to pay much more than I can, I felt lucky to have the opportunity to have an hour and a half of their time. When I need electrical work in the future, I will call Harmony because I trust that they will provide high-quality work at fair prices.

I called over a week ago, talked to a woman that took all my information, address, name, phone number, problem. She asked if I needed service today, because they were quite busy, and I said no. She said they would call me, and I haven't heard from them yet! They could have at least acknowledged my call if they were busy, so I guess I am on the long list for service! This is disappointing to me because I did my homework, read the reviews, and picked a company that I felt would be a good fit for me, but I guess I was wrong!

I was especially pleased with the prompt response by Harmony Electric. They had a service technician at my house within two hours after my initial phone request. I had called another company the previous day which had left me hanging the entire day waiting for them after they indicated that they would be out in about an hour. The previous company did not return my calls to check on the arrival of the repairman that day, and even the next day seemed very vague about when they could come out. After such a lack of response by the first company, I decided to seek service from another provider. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and the prompt attention given by Harmony, and would be very likely to call them for another problem or recommend them to others.

Diagnosed a GFI outlet that was being put in a semi-tripped state by a new electronic component. Rewired two outlets and checked the breaker box. The serviceman, Bishop, was excellent! He walked me through what he was doing, teaching me about how the outlet function and how the room wiring worked. He helped me move the necessary furniture to access an additional outlet. Great service! Very professional...I highly recommend Harmony Electric.

He diagnose the issue as a faulty stove and showed me where the issue was occurring. He charged me the trip charge which was more than acceptable to make sure there was no issue with the wiring or the panel. Absolutely professional and exactly on-time, which I highly appreciate. I highly recommend these folks as they were honest about scheduling and their service.

Raul Munuz was sent to the my house. He was very flexible meeting us at a different time since we missed our appointment. Raul was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix a couple of issues I created trying to do the wiring myself. There was no mark up on the material purchased, which made me very happy. The price I was charged included parts and labor. The work quality and professionalism is worth keeping this company in your phone.

He was great. He said that he would be able to come out the same day. However, he told me to try something and then call them back if that didn't resolve the problem. I called to let him know that it worked! I called him back and let him know that I would use him in the future.

Electrical box was installed... Functions perfectly. I will be using Harmony for the fourth time for another job in the next couple of weeks as I have aluminum wiring, and need to replace outlets to gfci in some areas, and to a co/lar type outlet in the remaining plugs. Thankful to work with Harmony, as I know the job will be done well and kind, respectful electricians will be doing the work.

Installation was quick and professional. The installer was polite and pleasant. I'm pleased with the work.

Overall, Harmony did a good job for me. The worker crew knew exactly what they were doing and there were no problems afterwards. My only complaint is that the pricing was not as transparent as I would have hoped. I was quoted a price of $130 for the first hour and $85 for every hour afterwards but later found out that was for a single person crew. A two person crew showed up so the price was nearly double. That's fine but I would have liked to have known beforehand not when receiving the bill. I do not believe a two person work crew was really required as one of the workers was usually standing around waiting. Also, the crew showed up 45 minutes late which is not horrible but still not what I had hoped for based on all the positive reviews. Overall, a decent experience but not quite up to my expectations.

The job was done efficiently and professionally. I was extremely pleased with the results. Harmony has done a number of jobs for us since we purchased the house in April and started a major remodel job. They repositioned the 220/240 outlet for the new range and added an outlet for the hood. They wired lighting and a switch to the new garden shed. They traced a short and repaired it. They added a new earth ground and repaired a loose main conjunction box, plus several other electrical jobs. Their people have always been courteous and they are very professional. They have sent the same service technician each time and it has be a pleasure having him do the work. Their office personnel respond quickly and have been easy to work with. They have shuffled schedules to meet our timing. I strongly recommend Harmony Electric. It is simply a good company run by good people.

Great work. Bishop and Thomas arrived on time, asked me what I needed to have done, asked me how I wanted the outlet, ceiling fan and light to work, and then wired it so it would work that way. They answered all my question so I understood why the room hadn't worked properly in the past and why it was working correctly now. They cleaned up all the sheet rock dust afterward and didn't leave a mess for me. Bishop and Thomas were great!

Raul was assigned to my job. He was courteous and professional. Upon arrival, he immediately began work and kept me informed. He isolated the circuit and identified it as 3way, but could not find where the circuit was fed 120V. After 2 hours, I asked him to stop and I would call him back once I had more information. I researched this and learned this circuit involved two 3-way switches; one in the entryway and one in the master bedroom. This gives the resident the option of turning off the exterior lights from the master bedroom or the ground floor entry. The circuit in the master bedroom had been disconnected because it was tripping the arc fault circuit breaker in the master bedroom. (The supply to the exterior lights was tapped off the outlets in the master bedroom.) This was likely caused by water or moisture in one external light fixture that was missing a top. The fixture had been replaced, so I called Raul out and explained what I knew. He found the other circuit, reconnected the 3way switch and everything now works normally. While the labor was high on this, I do not fault Raul or Harmony Electric. He had no way of knowing the circuit had been disconnected in the master bedroom. Excellent service. I even received a thank you note in the mail from the owners after the job was completed.

I got an estimate over the phone and booked the service. They came out just a few days later and did a very nice job. It looks great and they figured out how to do it without causing any damage to my drywall at all, which meant no time-consuming or costly repair afterward. My only complaint is that the price charged by the technician was more than double the estimate I had gotten over the phone. I paid the bill, then emailed the owners to ask what had happened. They responded almost immediately, apologizing for not having communicated clearly with the technician what our phone conversation had entailed. Then they refunded all the excess charge, to get the job back down to the original estimate. I would have preferred to avoid the extra steps, but I can't complain about the work itself, or about the way they handled my complaint afterward.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the electrician and his work. He arrived early, gave me a quote which he stuck to and do an excellent job. I would use them again.
