Description of Work: He repaired boards under my sink and reattached a gutter. He had to cut and remove the old board under sink. He also replaced a baseboard in another room.

Description of Work: Called in re: small job in kitchen (re-caulking tiles at wall) on 11/07. Was given phone estimate that sounded too high but they asked could someone come look at the job to which I agreed. Showed up on time 11/ 08 and after looking at job agreed that it wasn't as big as I had made it sound on the phone and would do it for much less than had been quoted. Went and acquired the right kind of caulking compound and returned to the house to do the job, all of which took about an hour and a half, including trip to store. hen finished the "Craftsman", (a fitting term he used for himself), asked if I was satisfied, to which I answered "very".

Description of Work: I needed repairs to my front and back doors and also wanted to get a quote for other small jobs around the house. They were very upfront with me about the poor condition of the doors as well as the limited scope of what repairs could do. Went ahead and repaired it for now. They were working on it almost all day and the repair works very well for now (no more water on my floors!) I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: A ceiling fan in my bedroom was replaced. I thought it would be a simple task, but the old extension rod did not fit the new fan. SO Handyman had to go to Lowe's to find the appropriate extension rod that would fit. And of course all this was being charged by the hour. However, the work was excellent and very professional
