HANDY MAN NO JOB TOO SMALL REMODELING

The ceiling where the spindles were removed was left untextured after I had been told it would be taken care of. Contractor did not match the grout for the floor tiles so I had to find it and finish the floor. Molding around the door frame was gouged and another molding not involved in the renovation was broken. In clean up, white powder was left in a pile on my patio and the contractor left the water running in the backyard which we did not discover until the next morning. They did a good job of removing 3 feet of wall and the paneling.

Mr. Sanchez does excellent quality work for a reasonable price. Punctuality may be an issue; he often juggles multiple projects and does not always come at the time he said he would.

Jose has done numerous small odd jobs for me on several ocassions. The biggest thing he did was a small remodel of my laundry closet. He tore out the floor and put in a new one, removed old wire shelving and put in custom shelving to my specifications; painted the area, put in a new light fixture, etc. He was excited that he had a big expensive remodel that he had been working on, and I think that's why he has not returned my call now. He probably just doesn't want the small jobs anymore. I'm disappointed he hasn't called back, because I ALWAYS have a list of things that need to be repaired, installed or remodeled. FYI, he does not work on weekends. Don't expect him to show up on time, but if you can handle him being late, he does do a good job. Now I have to start my search all over again :(

Jose came by on very short notice and did a great job. Installation required drill and anchor into ceramic tile tub surround and the job was completed quickly and neatly. He was courteous and professional and I will definitely call on him again.

Came on time. Cleaned up after himself. Worked the whole time he was here. Was courteous and did the jobs in a reasonable amount of time.
