Description of Work: One morning, the water stopped coming out of our shower head! It was still coming out of the tub faucet normally - so we were not sure what was going on. We called several places including Han/Conn. They were the first ones we had come out and look, which they did free of charge (as did other plumbers). He pulled out the diverter piece and said it was messed up (looked liked it too). Apparently a diverter can commonly be repaired however ours was apparently an uncommon piece ("foreign") he hadn't seen anywhere and couldn't repair - would have to put a whole in the wall behind the shower to access it and replace the part and faucet/showerhead entirely for 350. We thought it was weird because it was a Glacier Bay part, but other plumbers said the same thing. All said they would still look for that part but noone ever found it. Another plumber did quote 275 to get the fix done, but he came from very far so we stuck with Han/Conn, our first guy, and gave the greenlight. He replaced some pipes, had to go to HomeDepot to get a few extra things. Took about 3 hours including opening up the wall and installing a plastic door for future plumbing needs. The only downsides is that although they did a quick clean-up, there still was a lot of dust left on the floor and in the tub, but not a big deal at all. The other thing is that getting a reply sometimes took a while, but we figured it was because he's busy. Overall very professional and very nice.
