He was very helpful and answered my calls and emails.

Their workmanship is excellent, a bit expensive however due to the nature of the protection I accepted the terms. I requested 2 ornamental lightening rods, as per Mr.Hamilton they were ordered, and were going to be installed at a later date. I have called twice about these lightning rods and have not received the requested lightning rods nor follow up service from Hamilton Lightning Rods. My last call to Mr. Hamilton was over one year ago and I have not received any follow up from him. I feel that they were in my area, came by, gave me a quote which I accepted, they installed the lightning protection, I paid them in full for their work and the material they installed and that was the end of it. They did the job, got paid in full and that was the end of it...no follow up service to speak of !!

This is a family run business that you can tell takes great pride in doing superb work and making the customer happy. They thoroughly explained what they were going to do, before doing it, and then walked me around showing me what they did. Their explanation of how the system would work, and what systems it protected, was very helpful. The job was done neatly and efficiently. They completed the work in an afternoon. This father son team are very personable and great to work with. I would highly recommend them for your lightning rod project.

Project was completed in a timely manner. Friendly and professional . Only complaint is that some materials were left behind and got caught in the lawnmower.

I had lightning rods installed on top of my house, garage and lighthouse. They came when they said they would, done an awesome job. They were done in no time, it all looks great!
