I was very surprised to find someone who could fix my Litter Robot! Tom was on time, diagnosed the problem and had the parts with him to fix. Runs like new and he even got my app working! Thanks so much!

Hailageek helped me remove spyware on my computer & kept me from calling what I now know would have been a fake computer repair company that would have locked my computer and I would have had to pay to unlock it. They also gave me a solution to keep me from having this problem again. The real beauty of it all was that they didn't even have to come to me nor did I have to go to them......They did it REMOTELY.!!!!! Thanks hailageek.

Our church hired hailageek to review our network because we were having connectivity issues. They came in identified the problem and recommended that we upgrade our network. I am not very tech savvy so instead of trying to put the hailageek app on my phone I called, & when the technician came, he not only fixed my computer but he went over how to use the app. I even paid for the service using the app. Hailageek also does computer tutoring. The technician even told me that there are many situations where some problems fixed remotely. Thank you hailageek. 5 stars.!!!!!

I put the hailageek app on my phone after googling a computer repair service in my area. I didn’t have to take my computer anywhere. The technician called me, came to me and was very friendly. They are like the “Uber” of computer technicians. What was a big issue for me was easily solved by Hailageek. We all hope we don’t have any problems but we know that won’t happen. I will say, if you have a computer or networking issue, Hailageek is your one stop shop. They also have a “smorgasbord”of other services. Check them out. Kudos to Hailageek.

We discovered Tom Heard of HailaGeek through an Angies’s List search. We were in the process of moving and we were looking for some technical to support on reinstalling our TV and to provide to consulting advice on setting some “ring” type cameras. Tom came to our home and showed us the various options on TV installation as well as pros and cons of different types of video security setups. We ultimately decided to buy a new “smart” TV as well as a standalone video monitoring system. Tom advised us on brands of equipment he had good success with while being conscious of our budget. Tom and his team installed everything for us flawlessly! His knowledge and attention to detail was awesome. He treated our home as if it was his own, and was respectful of our time and the need for safety during these trying Covid times.
