+ -1 moreHe installed a new AC unit at our house in 2021. It came with a 10 year warranty and has failed multiple times. Most recently, we called him because despite having the temperature set to below 70 degrees, it is 82 degrees in the house. Out of 5 phone calls in the past three days, he only answered once (you could hear him breathing) and then hung up. He has not returned any of the messages we left.
Description of Work: Fix air conditioning unit.

Gary was quick to respond, on time and quickly assessed the issue - showing us what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Gary is extremely knowledgable and gets the job done right the first time! I wouldn't use anyone else!

+ -1 moreVery professional job. I'd hire them again, they came out and made right what another contractor failed to fix. Thank you Gary! They left every thing clean below the attic, and very punctual. He even helped me before he left with registering for my new coils warranty.
