Gutters properly cleaned and minor repairs done. Had a little trouble getting everything scheduled with them. Had to reach out to them several times after getting the quote before getting a call back and appointment scheduled. Hence the B for responsiveness. After it was done, very happy with the work.

I have found the company very responsive. I have interacted with 6 different people from the company and all of them were extremely responsive and professional. First, gutters needed to be removed before the roof work started. The owner made it sure that this work was completed over the Easter weekend which was very challenging. I am very happy with their customer service and the way they responded to all my requests. I would love to work with them again in the future.

We got an estimate, and did not use them. They were very courteous, very prompt, and very thorough. We may use them, but we haven't taken the action yet. We may use them. The only reason being it was a little higher than someone else. Everything else would be fine. They haven't done any work to merit a B. They got out here quickly. I think it may be resolved. We got some coupons and senior citizen perks. I just turned sixty five a month ago. Taking that into consideration, it may work out.

Outstandingly. They even provided the color info so my painter could first paint the exterior. The gutters are not even noticeable. Cost was $6,000

Berger Home Services was very friendly and responsive to our inquiry about gutter installation. Our assigned representative was able to provide a quote without requiring me to be present at the house, which was very convenient. The team quickly scheduled our installation and completed the job in one afternoon. The quality of the installation and product appears to be very good.

The gutters were installed yesterday and worked great with our 1-1/2" of rain his morning. Provided a prompt estimate with multiple followup calls to make sure everything was OK. Received a 10% discount thanks to Angie's List. Opted for the Leafblaster option (no sales pressure) and I am glad I did. It does add to the cost but they look great and will keep the gutters clear of debris (leaves etc) while still providing good water flow. The installer's arrived on time and were very hardworking and professional, cleaning up completely when the job was done. Definitely recommend.

They were wonderful. They were very easy to work with and very nice and very honest and responsive which there is are so many people I've found on Angieslist has a descent rating and yet they don't respond.

Great job, on time, professional. We have a lot of trees, hence lots of leaves clogging our gutters over the years. Had heavy rains today (11/23) and the gutters flowed perfectly!!! Definitely recommend.

Great company, speedy in getting to us to provide a quote. It took a while for us to get HOA approval to install and the honored the existing quote. We did not have to provide a deposit and where able to examine the work before paying. They let us wait until my partner came home as well to look it over, that as amazing as I had 0 ideas on what was suppose to be done. Great customer service and beat the other quotes we received.

Went great! Called before showing up. Arrived and went right to work. Very polite and professional young man. And it was very hot outside and up on the roof even hotter! When he was done clearing debris he gave me a full report on the roof condition and the 21-year old gutters. He gave me suggestions on extending the life of the gutters. I was very impressed and appreciative.

We were disappointed with their service. They clearly have communication issues. We asked for a quote on cleaning out gutters. They came and gave us a quote for the work. We thought it was a quote for cleaning the gutters, but it was actually a quote for cleaning off the screens on the top of our gutters; no cleaning of debris in the gutters was included. They came to do the work and only cleaned the top floor of the house; they didn't touch the gutters on the first floor. After we paid them, we went out to check and realized this, so we called and asked them to come back and finish the job. The men who came back said they understood that they were to clean out the gutters on the "top" floor of the house only. It was at that point we realized that the quote said "tops of gutters only". So, although the man who gave us the quote did talk about the material on top of the gutter screens, we did not realize that the quote would not include cleaning out our gutters. I am giving them a C because they did do what was in their written quote (after two trips), even though that is not what we expected.

Very professional work and cleaned up after themselves. Didn't even know they were here, except now when it rains the water isn't pouring over the gutters. lol. They were reasonably priced and did a great job.

They never called me back, and it's been a week and a half since I left a message.

I called them, and they told me they could get it done within a week. They had told me they could not do the bigger downspouts for the same price as quoted in the Big Deal. The original downspouts (4 inch) in the deal were too small for what we needed. Somebody from the company came in, and upgraded me free of charge. I had bought an Angie's List Big Deal for $595 to install all of the gutters. They finished all the work in about 2 and a half hours.

Quick response for estimate...but estimator went to our home in our absent (w/o noticed)...quoted $845 and drop papers to front door....later on same day evening, we contacted them for further discussion/questions..never able to get to original estimator...then somebody from office called us...then told that estimator made mistake on estimate and now it be double price ($1600) to do your work....when I tried to discuss further on double price..then they cut the phone and never called us back.... Very unprofessional behavior.....

I was initially impressed by Berger, but ultimately extremely disappointed. After calling to setup an estimate, the representative provided a written quote the following day. I initially was only looking to have the gutters installed on the front of my home; however, the quote came back reasonable enough I decided to have them quote the entire house. They returned a couple days later and provided a written quote for the entire house, which is where the trouble bean. I had taken a rough measurement of the perimeter of my house and the estimate I was provided came back almost 100 feet higher than my measurements. When I contacted the representative about it he said it was due to the downspouts and 10% excess; however, he also had those included on the written estimate so I told him I didn't think that was right. He said he would talk to the office and get back to me. The next day he called back and said he would come back out to remeasure. Once he remeasured, he called me back and indicated he has over measured by 87 feet. I agreed with the updated estimate and scheduled the install. On 5/9 I was notified the install was scheduled for the morning of 5/10 and no one needed to be home since all the work is done to the exterior. Upon arriving home on 5/10 at around 3:00, I was surprised to see the truck was still there and they had just started. Not a huge issue since I hadn't taken time off to be home but still not matching what I was told. The work was completed very quickly, but at first glance seemed fine. Upon further examination the next day I noticed that the metal straps used at the corners did not look right. I took a closer look and realized that the metal bands on several on the corners were installed with gaps and were not sitting flush to the gutters themselves. I also grabbed a ladder and looked at the seam inside the gutter and noticed on a couple of them the sealant was just squirted into the corner and the seam itself was only partially coated. Additionally, the installers had crushed one of the larger plants in my front bed which was absolutely unnecessary (plenty of room to maneuver around it). I contacted Berger to discuss my findings and emailed them photos of the issues I had discovered. They said they would take a look and get back to me. After not hearing anything for a few days I contacted them again and finally received a call later that day. The owner of the company agreed that the install was not up to their standards (he mentioned several times that the group who installed my gutters was one of his best teams and he was surprised that they had made the mistakes) and that he would send them back out to fix the issues. After a week of not hearing anything I contacted Berger again and they said they were very busy but would get the crew out soon. They finally called and told me the team would be out on 5/20 to address the issues. 5/20 came and went with no crew showing up and no call from Berger informing me of any delays. So, in summary, Berger provided a quote with incorrect measurements, that had I not caught would have cost me $500 more than I paid, installed the gutters quickly with little attention to detail, then when confronted about the issue agreed to remedy the situation but failed to follow through. I would not recommend this company.

We were mostly impressed with Berger Services. The salesman was prompt and did not try to take advantage of me. He gave me several options and walked me through each product option. He was not aggressive in his sales call in any way which is why I chose this company. There was some issue on the original install day though. They just didn't show up. I did receive a call late in the day informing me of some mix up. I understand things happen and we rescheduled for Friday. I was originally informed it would be first thing Friday morning; however, the crew did not show up until near the end of the work day. This was frustrating because I had arranged my schedule two days that week to work around them and they failed to accurately communicate both times in a timely fashion that might have allowed me to do other things instead of waiting around the house. I would use them again in the further and I would recommend them.
