Extremely pleased with service. We have a high pitched roof that makes gutter cleaning a challenge. The got the bulk of the areas during the initial visit. We noticed a few additional spots around high dormers. I asked them to come back and try again to hit those spots. They did! Completedly Happy with their services. Would use them again

they were not able to keep their apt. on the first day, maybe because it was a small job they didn't give it so much priority. so after I had waited all day they call me, at the end of the day, and want to reschedule for the next day. Wouldn't give me an accurate time or range, so I would have had to wait another entire day for them to come. we rescheduled for 2 days later. a day or so after it was done I walked outside and found a strip of edge drip stuff they had left laying on the sidewalk. I cleaned up the rest of their scrap. it's done. it appears to be fixed. I wont really know until it fails again if that happens. next time I would probably give someone else a try.

Very prompt and professional. We had a specific issue with one segment of our gutter overtopping and, rather than recommend a project that would involve additional work and cost, the representative suggested an alternative that did not increase the cost and appears to be working well. From that and the quality of the gutter cleaning, we feel very good about recommending this service.

The team scheduled me very quickly and had the work done in about an hour and the work was performed very well. I have not yet seen the getters perform but I am quite sure they will do just fine.

Excellent: I contacted Berger Home Services after a bad gutter install from another contractor. From sales, to front office, to install... all of my concerns and questions were addressed and answered. Even during the new install... if I had questions, they were answered friendly and professionally. Now I have not only a efficient gutter system... it is aesthetically pleasing.

After a recent storm damaged the gutters in the back of my house, we realized that they all needed replacement. Berger came over promptly and gave us a very competitive estimate, and gutter drainage solution and got to work shortly thereafter. They accommodated our request to have a non-smoking work crew with no questions asked, arrived on time, and finished the job in little over one day. We are amazed at the quality of the product, and are so happy we wont have to worry about cleaning out the gutters with the screens they placed over them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair. Berger also offers other types of service (i.e. roofs) and we will definitely be using them when the time comes.

they showed up as planned and on time. A crew of 4-5 swarmed my house and the job was "completed" within an hour. After, we "inspected it from the ground and it looked ok. A couple days later it rained. I went outside with umbrella and camera. Water was overflowing from two locations. I called and the company apologized and promptly sent a rep out to fix it. TWO of the "cleaned" gutter downspouts were clogged with debris. Also, several areas were not "sealed" properly. They fixed this on the second visit too. A couple weeks later, I got a good rain and all looked well. Initially, I was very disappointed, but the company did come back and make it right. It's too bad things couldn't be done right the first time. I would definitely suggest you crawl up there and get a GOOD look instead of looking from the ground.

For those looking for gutter replacement here is my review of Berger Home Services who’s estimate I cut short today because I had already had my fill of *** for one day... Worst experience in years with a company who stated to me on the phone, “our reputation is everything”. From the initial filling out the Contact Us form on their website to waiting till the end of the next day to attempt a ‘chat with us’ (which by the way is a messenger service) who couldn’t keep up and had to ask a couple of times for information I already gave, to being told by the first person that called me that she couldn’t find me on their appointment list.....well, I haven’t been able to make one yet so that could be the reason. After making an appointment for today at noon to have someone call me and narrow down the time they could be there I was surprised that Vernon was at my door shortly after noon and calling me saying he was there to measure for my gutter replacement. What? I made an appointment to have someone come out and give me a quote on repair, possibly adding coverage, or replacement of broken sections. Vernon said all he had on his sheet was “measure for replacement”. I arrived home around 15 minutes later, since I had no idea there would be someone at my house at noon, to find Vernon waiting. After greeting him I clarified to him why I had Berger come out and even showed him extra pieces of gutter that was left over from the initial install if that could be used. Almost immediately Vernon said that they only offer a warranty on service and work if they use “their product” then pointed to a section of the gutter that was above us ( a jointed portion where it was sagging) and looked at me like I was stupid and asked if I was “ok with that rusted part”....ehem , yo Vernon...that was dirt. We started walking to the back gate and as I reached for it I asked if they do repairs and he said yes but paused and threw in, but only with our material. I could see that this wasn’t going to work out and concluded the estimate at that time and told Vernon as I walked him back towards his non-company looking truck that I can tell that this isn’t going to work and Vernon, in a condescending way said, “yeah I could tell this wasn’t going to work out too” For a company that credits reputation is everything I definitely will not call them or recommend them to anyone for gutter services. This was a waste of my time to plan appointments around a company who’s main goal is to up-sale and not listen to what the client wants. How they are on Angie’s list makes me question the quality of Angie’s list.

they came out and replaced chewed up fascia board on second story and cleaned gutters in front. they also painted board and painted another board no charge. i have had them do other work around the house and they are always extremely professional and punctual and do a great job for a reasonable price.

The initial visit and estimate went well. The price was fair and in line with an estimate we obtained from another company. Actually scheduling the work was frustrating because they kept changing the day with no prior notice. Since we needed to be home to give them access to the roof through our attic, this meant juggling our own work schedules. When the tech finally came out, he was not aware that he was supposed to install the clips. My husband had to show him the paperwork, and luckily the tech had some clips with him so he could proceed. It is not clear to us if the tech did both the front and back gutters, as specified in our contract, but we will give him benefit of the doubt. Given the previous positive reviews this company has on Angies list, perhaps our experience reflects post Harvey challenges.

The gutter job was started on time, finished on time and was done professionally. The crew was very experienced and knew what they were doing. We were pleased.

I am very satisfied with their work. They provided a competitive bid, and completed the work as stipulated. High quality and prompt service.

They were prompt to arrive at agreed time and were able to make my gutters exactly to fit my house. I was very impressed with how quick and easy the installation went. I only did half of the house and next summer I'll have them complete the rest of home.

Never took the debris which still sits behind my garage months later.

My husband was really happy with it. There was a problem and they actually sent people back out without trying to charge us. My husband thought it was kind of expensive for what it was but he was satisfied with the service.

Excellent work. Came out and gave me an estimate quickly and was prompt and quick to perform the work. Good workmanship, cleanup and materials. Very pleased.

Provider reported they had not been notified by Angie's List that I had purchased the service on July 15. To their credit, when I reached out to them on July 24, they scheduled an appointment for July 26. I already knew the gutters need to be replaced but, in the interim, vegetation and other debris required removal to remain in compliance with Homeowner Association requirements. For aesthetic purposes, I also wanted the roof cleaned, so decided to add an inspection while technicians were on site. (The roof was installed within the last eight years, and had an advertised life of 20 years.) Inspection aside, the gutters under the "problem tree" at the front of my house still has vegetation growth visible from the street, and all debris from the roof was blown into my yard. Essentially, everything that had been blown off the roof now bordered my house. Other providers clean up the mess. This one does not. Last year's Angie's List provider thoroughly cleaned the gutters, blew all debris off the roof, and cleaned the resulting mess from the yard for half the cost of this provider. It seems to me this provider is more focused on quantity vs quality.

Great! They came and gave an estimate. I booked an appointment. They showed up at the agreed time and completed the work for the agreed price. Very professional and a family owned business too!

Filled out their request forms. Received an automated response saying they would be contacting me immediately. About two weeks went by, no contact. Then got another automated response saying thank you for using them.

They did a great job, came as scheduled, and cleaned up when done. Reasonably priced. Office staff and installers were polite. I would recommend them.
