Very professional and helpful. The quality of the gutters and downspouts was very good considering the low price.

First time I have used AL, and this specific provider. Contact was easy. Slight delay in getting an appointment scheduled, they were very busy. Once all the paperwork was done, the service date was set, and the service provided. Very polite people, did a great job. Will definitely use them again.

The job was done fantastically. It poured rain throughout the week and he still came out and did a job that was messy and tedious despite all of the water everywhere. We have a lot of trees and as a result there was a lot to clean in the gutters and on the ground afterward. Luis was very professional and respectful. We couldn't have been more pleased.

They were very good and came out twice to measure to ensure they got things write as there was some ambiguity in the first measurement. They were punctual and completed the job quickly!

We just purchased the home, and I knew we had some issues with our gutters. I do not like climbing on ladders so I purchased a coupon special from Berger Home Services to perform gutter cleaning and maintenance. They had in clear print that the coupon was only for 300 linear feet, but they mentioned it during the scheduling process to make sure I knew its limitations. I applaud the company for not trying to hide costs or fees. The technician performing the estimate was very professional, and did not try to sell us on extra items we didn't really need. The technician who performed the work a couple of days later was punctual and did a great job cleaning the gutters and he repaired a few things on our gutter. I will use this company again in a few months when we need to do have our gutter cleaned again, and would recommend to anyone.

**Updated 5-15-2015 - Company eventually did schedule services and completed the services agreed to. The employee was courteous and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. I am satisfied with the service I received and will attempt to schedule another cleaning in the future and see if they follow through on scheduling. *Original Post- I contacted Berger for getting more details related to their ongoing Deal on Angie's List to make sure my house would not incur additional charges due to the size. After a week we finally had someone come out and tell me that the cleaning could be performed for the price listed on Angie's List and I could either just pay them or purchase on Angie's List. I agreed to pay them directly and it was agreed that I would be contacted by the office to get on the schedule. It has now been almost two weeks and I still have not been contacted to schedule a cleaning and the deal is no longer offered on Angie's List.

Took several days after estimate was made to get scheduled with one of their crews. They showed up and did the relatively small job more or less exactly when they said they would. Had a couple of questions about bottom of a single down spout and they circled back around and fixed it exactly as we discussed. Overall...I'd say they are remarkably professional in this day and age, when many contractors are not nearly as reliable.

They cleaned my rain gutters perfectly and did a fantastic job in repairing a downspout that I would have never been able to repair properly myself. They did this all at the agreed to price. If he had come to me and said that "I need to charge extra for the downspout repair", I would have agreed and paid without complaint. Called quickly. Showed up on time. Did the ENTIRE job at agreed price. Did a fantastic job cleaning.

The company failed to correct either problem. The leaking gutter was diagnosed without ever inspecting the gutter, but by merely looking at it from the ground. The second issue; the detached gutter, was never fixed - i.e. they did not do the work. I contacted the company twice to bring this to their attention. And while the front office was polite, I never received a follow-up call as promised. Completely unsatisfactory experience. I will not use this company again and certainly will not recommend their services.

I like the service and I thought they did very well. What was unclear about the offer was I wanted a feature called rino guard and that is expensive. I had thought reading the offer that I would be 50ft of rino guard but it was 50ft of open gutter. Mr. Berger was here and he was a nice man and got the thing done very quickly. He understood the confusion and we and we discussed it and he showed me the reason why it was more. I don’t have a problem with his explanation and I am very happy with what I got. They got it done in two hours. I got value for my money.

The company came out and their rep was stellar. He walked the house with me and we discussed all options. He could have tried to talk me into purchasing even more gutters, but he was honest as to what was needed (even though it wasn't the most costly option. I will call on them again should I need additional gutter service. Great job!

The gutters hadn't been cleaned in a few years and the screens on top of them didn't prevent dirt and leaf particles from clogging the gutters. The $149 Big Deal covered all the work that needed to be done. The company responded promptly and the workers showed up when they said they would. They did leave a little dirt on the overhang above my front door but that's a minor complaint as the rains washed it off two days later. Overall a satisfying service

It went great. They were able to remove the old gutters without making any noise or damage. Installed new gutters with added surface to protect it from being blocked by trees. Now rain water is drained very smoothly.

Very professional and communication was great. Berger Home provided me a quote for repairing gutter however, there was another quote from different company and they offered me a new gutter for the same price so I did not hire Berger Home.
