Description of Work: The did a totally unacceptable job of cleaning gutters. Didn't even flush and left debris. Will not recommend. Their fine print included a significant price for uninstalling the gutter guards and another char for reinstalling them.

Description of Work: The company made an appointment with me in advance and showed up at the appointed time. They checked all of my gutters and cleaned them and the downspout as well. They also check the roof and fixed a minor problem with the a loose shingle. They were professional and pleasant guys.

Description of Work: The Company don't service plastic gutters, my gutters needed a 'facelift.' Readjusting and sealing. The vendor came on a day it was raining-there was no improvement,the gutters leaked all rain that poured through them from the sky! Mr. Josh Berger offer to refund my payment then rescinded when I cancelled a installation of new gutters from Berger HS. I only had 70 sq. ft. of gutters and two down sprouts.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters around the house pursuant to the Angie's List offer. Showed up promptly to provide an estimate, and although there were more linear feet of gutter, we agreed not all of them needed to be cleaned based on placement of trees, etc. All dealings were punctural, professional, and although they offered a leaf-guard solution, they didn't push it on me. Appreciated that.

Description of Work: I signed up for a deal cleaning out my gutters and downspouts. After Dave (the owner) came out to measure the amount of work, I talked to him about getting gutter gurads installed. His system wasn't cheap, but I was convinced it was the best answer for my specific needs. There was a little confusion over the estimate for the work, but that got resolved quickly in one call with Dave. His guys came out and installed the system, and I'm very pleased with the results. Gutters by Berger were pleasant to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Description of Work: After several communications, we established an appointment to get an estimate for additional gutter footage. In the end, their incremental estimate for additional footage gave a total estimate almost double that of other gutter cleaning services we have used. Also, it is not clear that Berger excluded already clean footage as requested and agreed to. Finally, Berger provided an estimate for gutter protection that we did not request.

Description of Work: Berger Home Services installed gutters in the front and back of our house. We did not need to be home for anything which was a great plus for us. The estimate was dropped off. The bid was accepted, and a work day was scheduled. We came home to find our gutters professionally installed to our specifications. They continue to perform to our expectation, and they look great!
