Do not hire this company - save yourself the trouble of a potential lawsuit against a bad contractor with illegal practices. O. Guerro Construction, LLC team began working on my home with a qualified and licensed crew to tear out the walls, floors, roofing materials ect. Once done, the crew disappereared for a couple weeks with no call / no show status or with various excuses. It turns out that the owner (who was present to give the initial quote and start order) took the first payment to get materials and later we learned that the crew left our home to work on other jobs. This company's professional scam is to start the contracted work immediately to get the business, then leave the customer in a desperate situation with their home in an exposed uninhabitable state of repair, while they keep asking for more money claiming to have under estimated the project materials. My family couldn't use the kitchen or bathrooms while this went on for several weeks. Next, the owner wouldn't return calls and sent over an illegal crew of day laborers whom drank beer on the job site, dropped paint on new furniture and painted the house incorrectly. Ultimately, the contractor did a horible job, and had the audacity to put a lien against my home for payment related to work he had not completed. Once the work was completed, the owner (Oscar Guerrero) was paid in full and released the property lien BUT REFUSED to issue the final invoice detailing his fees for my roof and fence replacement work completed. It became a problem with my insurance company as they constantly requested the final invoice which 3 years later he STILL refuses to provide. This company's has given multiple differnt business adresses, some are no longer current. Here are 3 address I was given via the owner's correspondence: Address 1:O. Guerrero Construction, LLC4101 San Jacinto St, Ste 223Houston TX 77004ph 281-960-6729 (no longer the business number for O. Guerrero Construction LLC) Address 2:O. Guerrero Construction, LLC5555 W. Loop South, Ste 300Bellaire TX 77401 (Business address listed envelopes containing invoices with the 1st address listed) Address 3:19635 River Bottom StreetKaty TX 77449 (address on correspondence recieved from O. Guerrero Construction LLC staff)Ph: 281-960-6729 (cell number on owner's business card - which he only answers to received new jobs but once you're a customer he disappears - you may only leave messages that go unanswered) This contractor gets an "F" for customer service, job performance, and warranty of work. My roof replacement work has to be re-done only 3 years later.
Description of Work: Contractor was hired to complete work related to Hurricane Ike damage which included a Roof replacement (24squares), Privacy Fence replacement, indoor wall repair - sheetrock, installation, paint, Flooring repair-replacement of water damaged flooring, and paint job. He also was paid to replace my hot water tank.
