Guerrero's Construction

The provider told me he would meet with me on Monday August 25th at 5:00 PM At 5:03 PM he called me and told me he was running late and would not meet me until 6:00. At 6:20 he arrived and we agreed on a price and a date for him to start. I confirmed with him the next day via text that he was going to do the work for me. He said yes but he needed to arrange his schedule and he would get back to me. Two days later he had not gotten back to me so I sent a text again and he said he would definitely do the work on Tuesday or Wednesday. Tuesday and Wednesday went by and I never heard from him. I sent him a text again and he said he would for sure be at my house the next morning. The next morning came and I did not hear from him so I sent another text. He said he was on his way and would be at my house in one hour. 8 hours later I sent him another text and asked where he was. He said oh I got tied up but will come to your house at 8:30 tomorrow morning for sure. The next morning he sent me a text and said he sent his crew to another job but would try and come by later. I told him if he could not come by today the deal was off and he said fine and goodbye. He strung me along for over a week and a half and was very rude in the end. I should have listened to the other horrible review he got on Angie's list before I considered using him. Lesson learned.

He installed the front gate on 12-13-13; he came back 01-03-14 and started sanding and repainting the fence gate; he said the wind got bad and needed to stop. My fence is now 2/3rds rusted because he has not returned. In addition our front gate needed a second coat of paint and he never returned to do that so now it has rusted as well. There have been at least 7 days that we have had communications and he said he would be here and he has never showed. This past Saturday was the final time he did not show. There were 2 times that he told me he was on his way and would see me soon and then never showed up.
