GTZ Audio, Video, and Construction

When I first met Leo he was very professional. He spoke highly of customer service and how he takes care of his customers. PLEASE don't let this man fool you. He is all talk just to get your money. This is how he cons you in believing he will provide quality service. First I hired him to do a concrete patio. After about a week we notice cracks in the concrete. There were not small cracks in length but cracks from one end to the other end of the concrete. There were about 6 cracks total, with some that had crossed each other. Of course he assured us that he would fix the problem no matter what it took. His own words were "I will take care of you". The finished product just looks like it was his first time doing it. It wasn't smooth like we had asked him to make it. It looked poorly done. The depth of the concrete, which was suppose to be 4in deep, was only 3 in. After we had agreed on a price, he stated it was going to be an extra $500 to rent the equipment to pour the concrete. Now with the cracks, I've had to spend more money and time to fix the issue myself. Secondly he agreed to wire the electrical to install entertainment system around the patio. I'll admit he started out well and did the wiring pretty quickly. Problem is, he never got around to finishing it, this was about 5 months ago and he has yet to complete the work. Called him several times and he would have all kinds of excuses why he couldn't make it. A couple of times he would say he is free a certain day but he never shows up. Also some of the prices he gives you for the equipment that he needs to install the entertainment system is a rip off. He was going to charge me 80$ for some HDMI cable when I found some for about $15, or a projector screen for $900, found some for $200. Not to mention I still had to pay him to install them. I told him I would just order the parts that he needed. Those are just some examples. There were other small project that we had paid him to do, some he did complete and we are satisfied with. But some he hadn't completed and I was left to finish myself because we had family come over frequently and didn't want it to look unfinished. Overall I would never recommend gtz audio and construction to anyone. I don't usually write bad reviews and I like to help little business out but this company was just conducted business very poorly. I hope others that had to work with his company and had bad experience write a review so they don't con others.

Nightmare. Roof collapsed after the second rain which was within the same week. Cracks already in the concrete and it just got poured less than two weeks ago. They have stood me up and now their phones are all disconnected
