+ -1 moreThe work was done on time and was explained to me in detail on multiple attempts to get it through my little brain. Very patient people at Greg's Pools for the pool illiterate folks like me! They took their time to return phone calls, but they did eventually return calls and their answers were worth the wait.
Description of Work: We had a pool pump that ran dry and he came out to fix the problem. Covered by home warranty. Basically, it was a very simple problem with the weir, but of course we didn't know that.

+ -1 moreGreg's Pool and Spa did a real good job fixing my always-malfunctioning pool. It is really a good deal on the price, because I get it through homeowners insurance. I have used them for quite a while, and they are very reliable and super-dependable. They are always polite and professional. I don't have problems with the things they fix after they fix them.
Description of Work: Greg's Pool and Spa repaired my pool.
