Greentouch Landscaping

The grass in our yard was dying, and we found some indication of fungus and bugs. We called Greentouch to come out and treat the yard and provide additional landscaping services. They were quick to respond before we paid. I think their prices were on the high-end compared to other companies, but we were willing to pay since the company appeared to take care of their customers. They came out and did the job we had requested, and we paid their bill. However, within a couple of weeks, we noticed problems with the grass they had installed. I called the owner, and he stated he would come the next day with new grass. I shifted my schedule so that I could be here when he arrived. He never showed or called. I subsequently called, emailed and sent a letter, but I never received a response. I wouldn't recommend this company, as the owner doesn't appear to take pride in his work or respond to customers appropriately.
