Great! Awesome! What a pleasant experience. Here's why... Wesley Sorrells listened to our concerns. I had been "hearing critters" having a party in my attic and was worried about what might be up there and what damage they might be doing. Wesley went up into the attic and told me that the foam insulation we applied two months ago was in tact and there was no "entry point" for any animal to be able to get into my attic. He said there was dust on my air conditioner with "no tracks", which would NOT have been the case if critters were partying in my attic. It put my mind at ease to know the critters were likely squirrels noisily running across my roof. He alerted us to the fact these squirrels had been "knawing" on the edges of our roof - trying to get in and this behavior was typical when old entry points had been sealed off. He recommended a couple solutions for stopping this damage. We have extensive plantings around our pool and he sprayed and put out "bait" in our beds. There was the usual inside and outside "spraying" and termite inspection, but OVERALL, I felt like he took the time to do a good job, not get in and get out quickly doing the minimum required of a service call.
