+ -1 moreGreat! Erik was fast, professional, courteous and explained in detail why I needed what I needed and how he could go about doing that for me. No fuss, no muss.
Description of Work: Erik came in to the house with multiple floors of dirty ductwork and completely cleaned everything top to bottom! He was fast and friendly to boot!

+ -1 moreI placed a call to three different vent cleaning services. One I saw on a vehicle as I was driving, one that I located via a web search and Erik's company that was recommended to me by another appliance store in NE Portland, after they had made repairs to my Maytag dishwasher. The first two companies I called I got voice mail, even during business hours. Erik answered my call and was available to be at my home to clean my vent within the time frame I needed. I just appreciate businesses that answer the phone and are eager to serve. He was prompt, personable, knowledgeable of what I needed done and after the job was complete, I tested my dryer vent for several loads of wet laundry. I noticed a huge change in how the dryer ran cooler, the clothes dried in one load and the clothes didn't have a musty, over-dried smell.
Description of Work: Erik came to my house and measured the vent speed outside the house then they came in and took my dryer out on the floor, completely cleaned it and behind it too (found the socks that always disappear...Woohoo!) and using whatever tools he uses he cleaned out my long dusty dryer vent, blew a bunch of lint out and installed a new, clean dryer vent guard, came back into the house and disinfected the vent of the dryer (which made it smell great) re-hooked the dryer back up and cleaned the floor behind him. Very thorough, easy, trustworthy. I even received a personalized thank you note in the mail a few days later...Now that's personalized attention you don't see much today!
