+ -1 moreThe previous day I purchased to door sets and two deadbolts to replace those in my home because an existing installation had failed (22 years in service) and could not be repaired. I incorrectly installed one of the door sets and could not correct my error. I called to have a locksmith come to fix this installation and install one deadbolt. The shop scheduled the service call for the next day but advised that if they could get to it sooner they would. The same day I scheduled the service call I got a call from Gordon. Gordon immediately identified the problem, told me what he needed to do to fix the doorknob, and proceeded to complete the job. When he installed the deadbolt he replaced the two screws in the striker plate with longer screws that went all the way to the stud. Not only did he show me how to reverse the direction of the outside lock (it was on top instead of the bottom) he rotated them for no charge. The final price was less than the estimate when I scheduled the installation and the job was completed before scheduled. As a result of this installation I have dealt with two of the people at the store location and Gordon. Everyone was pleasant and answered all my questions.
