+ -1 moreBE AWARE! Required $150 for assessment that would go toward your project. when I truly know that THIS is just a way to get more money from you. My project is estimated by another company for $140 and if I would’ve gone with paying that $150, and they tried to quote me for more, I’d lose that $150 if I don’t agree with their price. Overall, I don’t like “assessment” fee because that’s literally a form of scamming customer to stick with their ridiculous high price or just lose money for someone to come out and “look” at it.
