+ -1 moreMy realtor recommended them due to past experiences. The two reps arrived to the home on-time. They were very professional and thorough. It was clear they understood what they were doing. They were able to give me their "by the book" assessment of the property, but also offer practical thoughts/solutions. I appreciated that because it is was an old property that I knew would have issues. We got to know each other and had a few laughs as they completed their review. They followed-up a day later with a comprehensive report. I would certainly hire them again.
Description of Work: Inspected a home that I was considering purchasing. In addition to a traditional inspection, they did a termite inspection.

Description of Work: They did a home inspection. They damaged the shower during the inspection. They removed a rubber piece at the bottom of the shower glass and when the homeowner used the shower the next morning, water flooded the master bathroom. The homeowner took a video of it and was sent to Glenco, but they refused to rectify the matter. A repairman that later fixed the problem said it was a 15 cent part cut to fit that space that was removed from the shower during the inspection.
