+ 0 moreThe provider drove by my house UNANNOUNCED (I WAS NOT AT HOME) and decided that the grounds at my home were too detailed and would be too much trouble to maintain. A couple days later he called me on my mobile and did not properly identify himself. I had no idea with whom I was speaking. He kept me on the phone for a LONG TIME to inform me that he had no room in his schedule for my property (I did not know which company this was). His office is located less than a mile from my house.wn
Description of Work: I called this provider because he was recommended by a supervisor at a well-known tree company. He did nothing but take up my time unnecessarily.

+ -1 moreThey are very reliable and they always show up. If there is bad weather one day, they come the next day. They are very good and they fix problems if there are any. They do my yard and several of my neighbors? as well.
Description of Work: Glauser-McNair does my weekly lawn service. They mow the lawn, trim the trees, fertilize and mulch when it needs it, and everything like that.
