+ -1 moreThis company is not service-oriented at all. The front counter staff was not friendly nor the least bit interested in my project. I paid for the mirror in advance but they did not quote me on the install as their installer was out in the field and not available. He was to call me with a quote but never did. The shop did not call to notify me that the mirror fabrication was completed. All calls were initiated by me. I scheduled an appointment with the installer but he never showed up, (I had taken off work). When I tracked him down, he argued with me about the install date. I called their office and their attitude was indifferent. I ask for a supervisor, but my call was never returned. A few days later I went by their shop and picked up my mirror. I will try to find another company to install it. They don't appear legitimate to me.
Description of Work: Fabricate and install a large plate glass mirror with beveled edges.

+ -1 moreThe delivery left a lot to be desired. If I could pick them up, they were ready on Tuesday but delivery was not completed until the following Tuesday. I couldn't get much response as to when they would be delivered either. And when they were delivered, I thought one was to be installed but the delivery person said no. In the end it worked out fine. Bottom line: work was good, cost was excellent, communication poor.
Description of Work: 3 mirrors were done in a very timely fashion and done as requested.
