John Keeler and his team were on time and professional through the whole process. I had 9 windows that were foggy and Glass Doctor replaced the insulated glass. The windows look wonderful. I would definitely use this company again.

We received a competitive bid for our job (May 2018). As part of the work we were seeking to replace the seals under our windows. We had questions about the seal replacement in their original bid, as it was significantly different from the type present in our windows. We had several phone and email discussions with John to see if we could find a more exact replacement. I put together detailed specs on the existing seals, and with John's advice, I contacted six window seal suppliers all across the US. After searching for several weeks, and with John's help, I found a single supplier who had the exact replacement seal needed for our windows. I purchased the seals. And since installation was rather tricky, I replaced them myself. However, the other elements of our project still need to be done. In the mean time we have undertaken a number of other home improvement projects, and when done, we intend to return to John to have him do the work later in 2019. I wanted to submit this review to recognize and recommend him for his excellent customer assistance.

Johnny Gonzalez came to my house to replace my daughter's windshield. He was highly skilled, experienced and very professional, as well as friendly and sincere. A very honest and hardworking guy. It was a blessing to have him fix my daughter's car. They made sure they put in a windshield that worked with all the fancy safety gadgets her newer model car has. They also can fix double pane windows that are experiencing condensation between the panes.

It went awesome. They did a wonderful job, very professional and courteous. Clean work, and fast as well. Thank you for a great job done. It was a relief after the accident to have it quickly repaired.

I contacted several glass companies to get quotes and The Glass Doctor was, by far, the quickest to respond and the only company that acted like they genuinely wanted my business. They also offered very competitive prices. They were very professional and friendly on the phone and when they came out. They warned me that my exact glass type wasn't made anymore and that it wouldn't be an exact match but said they'd try to get as close as possible. The glass was special order so they said it would take about 10 days to get it in and they would call me to schedule the installation once it was in. Sure enough, they followed through, set up the installation appointment, called on the day of installation because they were ahead of schedule to see if they could come early, arrived early and installed my window. The installers were professional and careful with my home. As they had warned, it wasn't an exact match and I wasn't sure I was happy with the slight difference. I expressed my concerns to the installer and he told me not to worry about paying until I had talked to the owner and that he would let him know about my concerns. The owner promptly called me and was genuinely concerned about making sure I was satisfied. He offered different solutions and I asked him to let me live with it over the weekend to give me a chance to have my family look at it and then decide how we wanted to proceed. He was very agreeable. Over the weekend, I decided the slight difference didn't bother me and emailed The Glass Doctor to let them know. Monday, they called to make certain that I was sure I was happy and they even gave me a discount when I paid that I didn't ask for. The customer service this company offers is stellar! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing glass work.

The first set of windows looked great, I was disappointed in the second set and spoke to the supervisor. He agreed to redo, and from then on, the work quality was excellent. The guys replaced several broken panes as well.

Office was super nice and really made an effort to help me out. I'm sorry I don't remember the woman's name to recognize her but she was very responsive and was able to get Johnny out the same day to take care of the broken window. Johnny didn't just do a great job, he's a great guy. Awesome people, awesome company. They could have easily taken advantage of me given the situation but instead they went out of their way to take care of me.
