Fine. We called and asked him to come out for an estimate. He came out a little late, but hard to blame that, as it was a Sunday morning. He gave us a verbal estimate of what it would take, and said he would do the work next time he was in the neighborhood. We agreed, and he did it within a day or two. He did not leave a bill, but showed up at our house about a week later to collect.

A gentleman by the name of Pedro came out to give me an estimate. He was very personable and explained the work fairly well. We originally scheduled the project a week from the day I called to approve the estimate and commit to the work. I received a call from Pedro asking to push back the start date a week due to weather. So a week goes by and the crew shows up about 1 1/2 hours late on the day the work is to begin, due to Pedro needing to perform tree service for his elderly neighbor who lost a tree in the storm; very noble, but he could have called to let me know. They are greeted by a cold front and rain. So the job begins on Tuesday, rather than Monday. After that, the job went very smoothly, taking about 2 full days to complete the work. Pedro and his crew are very good at what they do. The only thing that could have gone better is if they punctual.

Showed up to appointment on time, gave verbal quote and indicated that they could get to it "next week." Asked for written quote detailing service to be provided, similar to other vendors, was told that they were "busy for the next three months."

Pedro was on time with a full crew. They started at 7:30 am and very systematically removed the trees. They did a very good job on the clean up and took care not to let any debris get into the pool.

Job 1: Wonderful. We let them name the time, & they rescheduled a couple of times b/c of weather, but when they got here, they started in immediately. It took them 3 days. The 1st night we got home to an eerie sight: missing trees with absolutely no evidence that they had ever existed, the ground had been cleaned up so thoroughly. They did exactly the same on succeeding days. When they left, we had a nice pile of mulch & spotless grounds, along with offers for other work they could do. Today, they came back & trimmed 2 limbs we had asked abt that weren't part of the original job. I don't expect we'll get a bill. Our greatest Angie's List find yet. Job 2: They come out & talk to us abt the scope of work, give us an estimate & show up some time. When they leave, our trees are much healthier, all the sawdust & limbs have disappeared, the walkways have been swept spotless. We love these guys & will hire them for any outside thing. They treat their crew well & pay for professionalism.

They showed up when they said they would. They were quiet and efficient and thorough. Other than the fact that the palms looked so good, you couldn't tell that anything had been done - no trash, debris, damage. They left it better than when they arrived. They were also careful not to damage any of the plants in the beds around the tree trunks. And without extra charge or comment, they clipped a couple of fronds on low palmettos.

I thought the estimate seemed pretty fair in price. I felt that they wee very nice people and quite knowledgeable. I am not sure when I am doing anything but I am thinking of hiring them. I do want to gather other estimates first before making a final decision.

They did a very good job. Everything was cleaned up after they performed the service. All the workers were very polite, courteous and the work was very detailed.

I called and Pedro came out to give me a quote. When I called to contract for the job, he came out again to review what needed to be done and set up a date to do the work. Weather set that date back a couple of days but when they came, they set right to work and didn't waste a minute. They finished an amazing amount of work in approximately a day and a half. I think the work they did was outstanding. The trees look beautiful, not butchered. They did everything I asked. The cost was actually lower than most bids I received. They also did an awesome job cleaning up. You'd never know they'd been there except for the wonderful look of the yard that wasn't there before.

I called three times and got no response. I gave up.

Pedro was very nice, and the job was well done. The tree had been planted in front of the gas line (not by us). I was able to get the tree down, and I thought I'd like to plant something to hide the gas line, but something with shallow roots. When it got to the stump, it became more than I wanted to deal with after digging around it for a bit. My son had used this company, so I called them. Pedro came out and let us know how deep he would be able to go, and about 15 minutes later it was done. I will definitely call them again.

Punctual with the quote and the service. Pricing was very competitive and Gilbert was very knowledgeable about the trees in the yard and the best way to trim and get more light into my backyard. They finished the work quickly and effectively and the cleanup was excellent. They even ground up my discarded Christmas Tree and a large pile of accumulated dead branches. Good work, guys!

Pedro and his crew were very busy and didn't make it to my house until the following week that they had first promised but he kept in touch with me and it was not a big deal. They did a terrific job and cleaned up all of the litter from the tree, and hopefully helped save it. I will use them again if I have to.

These guys did a terrfic job; they worked quickly. They cut the trees, ground the stumps and removed all the debris. They cleaned up the yard as if they had never been there.

Company never returned my call for an estimate. Took my number but didn't want to take the address and didn't schedule the estimate.

They also kept my dog for me while I went out of town. My dog had had a fight, and they helped me get him into the car. They had a farm, so they offered. They were very nice. This is not necessarily a service they offer.

Good hard workers, nice. On time and very accommodating and helpful.

CAME OVER ON MEMORIAL DAY (T-STORM SUNDAY NIGHT) AND COMPLETED WORK TUESDAY MORNING. SATISFIED WITH JOB, OFFERED TO LEAVE WOOD FOR ME, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THESE GUYS ARE EXCEPTIONAL! THEY COME OUT AND GIVE A BID AND DO THE WORK PROMPTLY. THEY CLEAN UP EVERYTHING IMMACULATELY. THEY ARE HONEST AND EXTREMELY REASONABLE. I HAVE REFERRED A NUMBER OF PEOPLE TO THEM AND EVERYONE HAS GIVEN RAVE REVIEWS. YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY.
