GERRING HOME BUILDERS

Gerring home builders built a home next door. The painter's over spray covered my car. I went to jobsite foreman, no one spoke English. I left numerous messages on companies voicemail. Calls were ignored. Had to contact the city of Bellaire permit department to establish contact with Ken Young, Gerring's president. He was a complete a**hole and virtually ignored the damage and drove past my car daily without offering any resolution. Got estimates and sent demand letter to company. Again ignored! Am suing him in small claims court for damage. Went to the "business address" listed on website to serve papers. Was just a post office box at a UPS store. Ken young stood out by his truck yelling at the neighborhood kids for riding their bikes on our street!. Dirty job site with worker's McDonalds bags and trash blowing all over the street. Loud music blaring, beer drinking in the afternoon, rude workers that yelled and whistled and leered at neighbors getting in and out of their cars. Paint on the neighbors's house, bicycle's and motorcycle. The company (and particularly Ken Young) knew about damages to several neighbors but ignored claims..grabbed their money and ran. Totally shady scumbags. Your neighbors will hate you for bringing them into your neighborhood! Pick a reputable builder instead of these scumbags!!

These people were excellent. They were on time and on budget as well. There were no hassles and they had a very competitive price.

He did it under price, and there were no hidden fees. He was responsive and provided first class workmanship. I would turn around and work with him again without taking any other bids.
