+ -1 moreJohn does a great job with our pool, which is challenging due to the extra debris caused by trees and the older pool equipment associated with our pool. Recently, we decided to install a Polaris submersible cleaner in the pool, which involved installing a booster pump and timer, along with tying into the existing pool plumbing. John was very helpful with this process, which I decided to do myself. John consulted with me along the way, ensuring a successful installation and outcome - saving me many hundreds of dollars of installation costs - and he didn't charge me for the help. He even volunteered to remove the old, dead pool heater that hasn't been used since we moved in the house more than 10 years ago (not really his responsibility at all, but just another indication of how John and Genesis Pools take care of their customers).
Description of Work: Genesis Pools has taken care of our pool for several years. We get personal service from the owner, John, who takes personal pride in his work and does an excellent job for us. We have an older pool, which requires periodic maintenance. John has done an outstanding job of keeping our dated equipment running, repairing it as needed and charging a fair price for repairs. On the monthly pool service, the price is probably a bit higher than most because of all of the trees we have in the back yard around the pool, which makes maintaining the pool extra difficult and outright challenging during the fall and winter, when the leaves become a big problem. We have used several local pool maintenance services over the years and I can say with certainty that Genesis Pools provides great, personal service at reasonable prices and I would recommend them to my friends without hesitation.
