Description of Work: I had issues with several channels during bright sunny days in which the signal was weak and wasnt able to watch those specific channels, yet others were available. I made the call to General Communication and spoke with Bobby and he immediately scheduled a technician to come out in a couple of days. It turns out one of the components on the dish was damaged and he had replaced it within 30 mins. The technician went through the standard checks they normally do for a new installation and everything checked out. I've waited a couple of months to write this as I wanted to ensure the problem doesnt reoccur and it hasnt.
