They never finished the job that they said they would do. They never returned my calls about coming back out to finish hooking up my computer. They took my daughter's computer in & said they would have it back in a week but I didn't get it back until about five weeks later, after I called the main office & told them to return my computer immediately. I have told everyone how bad this company is. I would never use them again.
Description of Work: Geeks On Call hooked up a computer & reprogrammed it.

Geeks On call are really good with computers. They always do a real good job. Whenever I have a problem they explain it very clearly. I don't feel like I've been cheated ever. I think their pricing is very reasonable.
Description of Work: Geeks On Call fixed my computer. They do general computer upkeep.
