Very well, replacement was performed quickly and well done.

It all went very smoothly. The crew did an excellent job and I love my floor. The whole experience was handled professionally, timely, and courteously. I would definitely use this company again.

Gayle Floors wowed us with a bunch of great options that were within our budget. They got the work scheduled quickly, and the crew worked efficiently to install the floors (both carpet and LVT). The caulking around the baseboards is really clean and well-done. Communication was great — at first—but fell off a bit after the sale. English was a challenge for the crew. We discovered a problem with a sliding bookshelf unit that they needed to address, but they came back and made it right. I would not hesitate to recommend Gayle Floors to anyone, but you may have to stay on top of them if you have any issues after the install. I wish I could give them 4.5 stars, but that's not an option. I'd give them 5 stars, but the inconsistent communications post-sale drag their rating down a wee bit.

I had an excellent experience with Gayle Floors. Mark and Gayle went above and beyond to re-floor my new home in just 2 days, were very transparent in terms of all the issues discovered in the process, and presented different alternatives / quotes and walked me through them in detail to make an informed decision. The price was fair for the quality, expertise, knowledge and professionalism provided. Excellent communication skills and updates every step of the way. Mark and his crew did an exceptional flooring job and also fixed multiple things they encountered - and even provided me with a list of other issues they spotted (outside of flooring) so that I can tackle those as well. I’m very pleased with their service and would 100% recommend Gayle Floors!

They did an excellent job, They helped pick the best product, and did an outstanding job with the selling process and installation. The installation is really outstanding, the floor is beautiful. They put the floor in the entire 2700 sq ft house.

Excellent! Mark called me immediately to set up consultation, a quote and scheduling for installation. Galye and Mark were very friendly, easy to work with and answered all my questions. Within a week all work was done. The team of installers were respectful, friendly and efficient!!They even helped me fix a broken table and paint the flooring strips in the kitchen. They were very careful in moving furniture . I highly recommend them for flooring work. They were the best!

Mark & Gayle were fantastic to work with. They have a tremendous knowledge of the products they sell. They were very flexible in returning to show us product options several times and even arranged for me to go to the manufacturer's warehouse to view samples of the floor on display in large sections as installed. Their installation crew was the absolute best. They were all so very careful moving our furniture and worked extremely fast but with precision, and did top quality work. I would definitely recommend Gayle Flooring to family, friends, and anyone looking to do flooring work in their home!
