Gateway Country was very polite and was able to get my computer fixed. The work was done under warranty so there was no cost to me. I would have just bought a new computer however my computer was still under warranty through them. I was satisfied with the work that they did and I haven't had any more problems with it since then. Gateway Computers did a good job cleaning up the hard drives in the two computers, but I wouldn't use them again.
Description of Work: I took my two Gateway computers to Gateway and they repaired the hard drives in both of them; they were under warranty

GATEWAY IS VERY HELPFUL WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER. I TOOK IT IN AND THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM IN A TIMELY MANNER.
